Tired of this "no breakfast during the week" BS that's been the norm since COVID

Reviewed 13 may, 2022

FPBS, I've been a member of Marriott Bonvoy for over 11 years. I was SPG Platinum before. Please stop telling your front desk people that "(you've) never had breakfast available during the week." This is not true. A lot of you simply stopped offering it during the pandemic and now are continuing to not offer it with the pandemic being used as an excuse. It makes zero sense for a business hotel to NOT have breakfast during the week when your largest money-making clients are staying. This whole "oh we're not as busy on the week" tale isn't selling with this seasoned business traveler. Enough with the excuses. If you have an on-site restaurant that can magically be open for dinner during the week, you can serve breakfast. I expect breakfast. If you can't provide this, then stop listing it as a benefit. And no, crappy grab & go service isn't good enough.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. Nice and clean, friendly atmosphere and very comfortable bEd’s The little bar in the lobby is very nice, and the bartender was so nice and friendly, and very attentive to our needs! I would definitely stay there again‼️

Construction Zone

Reviewed 7 april, 2022

Don't stay here. Apparently they are remodeling. They put us in a room very close to the construction which meant we woke up every morning to the wonderful sounds of drills and hammers. The second day included a notice that water would be cut off during the day. We woke up to shower before the cut off and they also had no hot water in the hotel. I can't believe they made us pay for that experience like it acceptable.

Nice place!

Great location near highway exit. Hotel is near lots of restaurant choices. Breakfast buffet was typical but good. Ray was the best host. So attentive and interested in our trip adventures. Room coffee was awful. No hair dryer in room. Lyft to Broadway was reasonable.

Charged me to move out of a room that reeked of weed!

Reviewed 12 october, 2021

Upon entering the room, was floored by the strong odor of marijuana. The hotel has a no-smoking policy, so I informed the front desk. They apologized and moved us to the room next door. What they failed to mention is they charged me $25 for the move. Pitiful customer service.
