Disappointed...the Indian front desk guy made a big deal about towels as though I was going to steal them. He refused to give me sheets(stated laundry room was closed). He knocked on my door and asked about towels and others in my room. He refused to give my daughter towels. If you can avoid here, please do.

The stay was the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Everything in the room was great. Clean and was a great stay. Definitely better than any old other motel I’ve been at. The price for one room was a little pricey but overall worth it.

Manager Allows Guest With Symptoms of COVID-19

I booked a room with them tonight but while on the way my husband started vomiting. I called to cancel and get a refund but was told we could still come and stay but they would not cancel. I asked him if he understood that someone in our party could potentially have a deadly virus. He said yes and that we could still stay at the hotel. I decided to drive back to our state (2 hours away) to be safe. But beware! A $60 refund wasn't worth it to Greg to cancel a reservation and possibly save the lives of his stagg and visitors.

We were on a road trip and wanted to stay in Nashville for a few days to soak up the experience. This is a very very good motel. Clean and very nice and helpful staff. We were close to all the attractions we wanted within 15 minutes tops. We would definitely recommend staying at this motel.

Not really a place to go if you want your wife to be comfortable. We gave it a shot because it had reasonable rates,breakfast, and was near enough to the airport, but I would not stay there again. My biggest gripe is the bathroom. It was very very old and smelly. The toilet smelled bad, like foul body odor emanating from the lower tile area maybe. The shower looked nasty and had a rubber mat thing that they tried to spruce it up with ten years ago. Stepping onto it was cringe worthy. Slimy sticky yuck. And then after the shower the bottom of my feet burned and still do as I write this. My wife had flip flops and her experience was worse. The shower head sprayed hard from the center and she adjusted it and the spray pattern changed, but she said it smelled like feces. Maybe it was the water I said to console her but who knows. Very bad disgusting shower all around. The beds were ok. Breakfast ok, area ok, staff ok, but the shower was so bad that I will never stay at this place again.
