DO NOT STOP

I recommend highly that you should drive 20 more minutes to the next hotel .This place is Nasty! The room stunk, mattresses in the parking lot. Broken lamps. Bug in the shower. My worst experience at a hotel ever.
DO NOT STAY HERE
Reviewed 16 november, 2021
I made the reservation for my son-in-law by calling the Wyndham Diamond line. I made it clear that my credit card was to be charged for the room stay. When my son-in-law arrived he was told that because he had a service dog he had to be charged for a different room and he had to pay cash for the room. He was also forced to pay a deposit. I called and spoke to the person who checked him in and was told that she had only been there 4 days with almost no training that I should call back at 11:00 and speak with the night auditor. I called back at 11:08 and spoke with the night auditor. I was assured that my credit card would be charged for the room charges and that my son-in-law would be given all of his money back. When he went to check out at 5:00 the next morning, that same night auditor did NOT charge my credit card. He did refund the extra pet fee that my son-in-law was charged but did not want to refund the deposit. My son-in-law had to argue to get his deposit back. I called again at 7:30 when I found out what had happened and I was very mad. The woman I began speaking with screamed at me that she was not the one who had checked him in so I was to stop cussing at her. She then passed the phone to someone who told me that he was the General Manager. The GM told me to calm down and stop cussing or he would not resolve my issue. When I cussed at him again he told me that he refused to resolve my issue and HUNG UP ON ME!
Mold, Poop, Dirty Laundry, and NO REFUND
Reviewed 6 october, 2021
Needless to say we did NOT stay here. The room smelt of mold, everything was grimy and sticky and stained with cigarette ash/burns (this was a smoke free room mind you). There was feces on the toilet seat and dirty clothes in the bathroom. Would rather sleep in my car. We reported the room and booked a Holiday Inn nearby for only $40 more than this trash motel. We were never refunded. AVOID
Not the best location
Reviewed 30 july, 2021
Although the room was upgraded and clean, the hotel was in a less than desirable location, with less than desirable guests smoking and drinking in the doorway of their rooms and wandering around the Pepper property. We were concerned that our truck and/Uhaul trailer would be vandalized. Decent Mexican restaurant nextdoor was full of loud and obnoxious people, too the point we almost took our food to go! We travel a lot, so I'm not trying to be ugly.
Great staff, but…

The staff was excellent and very friendly. The floor of the room was very dirty and the breakfast consisted of cereal and no milk and two types of juice. Nothing warm or any sort of variety - the Dunkin’ Donuts next door is a much better option.
