PROS: Staff was nice, beds were comfortable & you’re steps to the beach CONS: Pool never looked sanitized. Swimup bar never opened up during a 5day stay. Only 1 bar open in the daytime. Only 1 bar open in the evening. Can’t have mimosas for breakfast bec bar doesn’t open until 11am daily. Grill food never completely stocked, everyday they were always out of something. Entertainment team needs updated games & more outgoing staff to create a fun atmosphere. Food presentation on buffets always looked thrown together. Dinner restaurants extremely shabby. Room furniture is the same as advertised but worn. Pictures being used definitely are from years ago. I would not recommend staying at this resort.

Throughout my one week stay at super clubs breezes in attendance of the Local Government District Councils conference I was pleased to be assisted by a very intelligent, professional and pleasant front desk clerk by the name of Jadyn. He was proficient in all of his duties and always greets you with an amazing smile and direct approach to action. I would like to see you excel in this field and hope to one day be able to be greeted by you again.

First time to Breezes

Hotel is a bit dated. Service was friendly and helpful. Information that we were given at check-in was limited, it took a day to figure out where everything was located and times available. The buffet food was much better than the other options. We highly recommend getting a cabana, well worth the money and service. Fantasia, one of the Beach butler’s was amazing! We’d go back just to see her. We used public transportation, that was great for the price and experience. Our cab driver overcharged us for the trip from the airport to the resort, we didn’t realize it until our return trip to the airport and it was $10 cheaper. Ask a lot of questions and to multiple people, they all have a different answer and you have to figure out who to believe. Also check with the resort if they have big groups scheduled for your time. We had a Latino group when we were there, but they also cater to colleges and others.

My wife and I have been going to the Breezes for 17 years now. The service is good, the staff is friendly and very helpful. The resort is very clean. The buffet and the 3 restaurants has very good food and a variety of dishes. The pool is kept very clean as well as the grounds. This resort is right on the ocean front with a clean sandy beach. We want to thank a lot of the staff that we got to know through the years for making our stay at the Breezes very pleasant. Mona, Jeffery Stubbs, Lathies Brown-Front Desk, Lakesha Watson-Front Desk, G-Cabana Butler, Travis-Pool Bar, Carla Minns- Assistant Manager, Darvin-Pool Area, Kim Curry-Wedding Planner, Monique-Pool Area, Garfield-Outdoor Manager, Kenva -Front Desk and all the housekeeping staff. Looking forward to going back next winter.

Resort was beautiful, but the food and drinks for an all inclusive poor.

The meals were very much the same everyday. The protein, fish, chicken, beef had lots of red peppers on it. My husband is not a spicey eater, so he ate pizza, noodles and salad for lunch and supper. They ran out Pina Colata mix 2 of the 4 days, so all inclusive was not what I would call it. The staff would fill large bottles up with the mix for guests and not just serve them one drink at a time.
