The Worst Hotel Experience Ever

This is the worst hotel. Management is callous and uncaring. Our reservation was messed up by no fault of our own. We had a confirmed reservation that we made on the ESA mobile app. Management kicked us out of the hotel 3 days early claiming we signed for a reservation made on Expedia. I do not use Expedia. Even after I showed the manager the confirmed reservation on the ESA app, she still insisted we leave or she would have us thrown out by the police as trespassers. She made no attempt to work with us or try to find a solution to the issue. She said our plight was "not her problem". We could not get any assistance from ESA Customer Relations as they are not open on the weekends and this was a Sunday. To add insult to injury, when we realized that in our haste we left some personal items behind and called the hotel a couple days later to retrieve them, assuming housekeeping would put them in lost and found, we were told that they were thrown away. The same manager who threw us out answered the phone when we called and informed us that it was policy to throw out items left behind and they had no obligation to return them to us [One of the items was a medicated soap I use for a skin condition]. Seems like that "talk" corporate had with the property in August 2020 in response to another negative review didn't have any effect. But I don't believe that corporate is really concerned. We called to file a complaint and were told we would be contacted in 24-48 hours. That was 4 days ago. So I'm not holding my breath that corporate cares which explains why this property manager feels safe acting the way she did. We will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay America property again!

Room is comfortable and suits the two of us and our little doggy, Supplies' are always available as our stay is long term while we move to LV, Door dash and insta cart delivers here also which helps us new comers

Front desk clerk and the manager will sit there to monitor you 24/7 and will be questioned if you have any visitors at all. Note: THEY DO NOT LIKE BEING CALL, “Dude”. ▂▂╱▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔╲ ╲▂┈╭╮┈┈╭━━╮╭╮┈┈▕ ┈┈▏┃┃┈┈┃╭╮┃┃┃┈┈▕ ┈┈▏┃╰━╮┃╰╯┃┃╰━╮▕ ┈┈▏╰━━╯╰━━╯╰━━╯▕ ┈┈╲▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂╱. You will get kicked out immediately. Please call them KAREN. They will kindly respond to you. Plus the front door to the lobby will be locked until noon every day. Don’t know the history of this place but, I’m sure it’s really bad. I’ve stayed in over 200 hotels and never have any issues quite like this one.

The kitchenette says fully stocked There is not even a spoon No coffee pot only one Dixie cup in the room The sink is even backwards hot water is on the right No pool Breakfast is a cup of coffee and a granola bar It was a comfortable bed though

Not really pet friendly

I was just at the front desk trying to get my key to work again because I forgot my brother renewed our reservation for one more night, when the manager came out, I was immediately met with hostility and I was so confused, she was acting like I haven’t been paying for the past 4 days and was trying to Scam her or something... I simply wanted to know if I could use the same credit card we’ve been using for our past reservation and if she they could wait for my brother to come back to use that card... instead of the simple no I expected, She immediately started to go off on me about how my dog is not a service animal (I never said anything about that) and how our room should be clean and mess free... So I paid for the new pet fee and the room. But this is definitely the first and last time I stay here. I am still shocked at how that was handled.
