Hotel is good. Activities are more fun.

Reviewed 23 june, 2022

I like the complimentary activities hosted by the hotel activity group particularly. Activity lead was helpful on organizing the activities and taking photos of my family, which made us pretty involved in the activities. That was additional fun I didn't expect. No complains on other basic hotel services (building design, staff, room quality, etc). Hotel category and rate says all.

Terrible Room

Reviewed 22 june, 2022

The room they gave us was terrible. The window opened up to the air conditioning unit and was right next to the parking lot so we couldn't even open our curtains. Unfortunately our experience here was the lowlight of our trip.

Beautiful Hotel, Beautiful Location, BUT!

Reviewed 22 june, 2022

Amazing Location, plenty of things to do, very nice Pool. Bike, swim, Hike, ski, Boat, etc etc. But No Club Lounge. For Globalist They give you a Coupon to Buy a Cookie or chips ONLY ONE TIME even if you stay a week? come on at least have complimentary coffee in the Tahoe Provision Store for Globalists. Hotel is a Little outdated, but expecting remodeling in a couple of years. Plenty of staff at Breakfast & Valet.no waiting etc for a long time. Breakfast Buffett was very nice for US Hotels.

Business and fun

an absolutely beautiful view of the lake, most of the staff were wonderful, the rooms were average with no balconies but very clean, very expensive food and drinks but I guess you pay for the view. Across the street are restaurants and bars that are much more reasonably priced.

It’s not bad but not out-of-this world.

Reviewed 18 june, 2022

It’s a nice hotel and spacious room but nothing out of this world primarily due to limited amount of restaurants and shops. There’s only one small gift shop for the entire resort and it had limited inventory. There is really only one breakfast sit-down restaurant and, naturally, was a long wait. Another negative on my part is transporting to/from hotel which is figuring out on your own. Also, the room is spacious but can use more attention to detail like faucet handle was coming off and the amount of dust that would accumulate on the coffee table when the air turned on, or the fridge not functioning properly. Otherwise the private beach is very nice and lakeside restaurant.
