Not up to Hampton Standards

None of the staff seemed like they wanted to be bothered with their job. We hardly ever saw an attendant at the front desk And when we could see them in the office; they looked miserable. The room temperature was awful. It was so hot. The breakfast was far from Hampton standards. The oatmeal was watery and not cooked, the waffle batter was watery and clearly not covered from the day before. The breakfast attendants were more interested in making themselves waffles while the guests had to wait. Two of the juices were out and coffee was not ready. The elevators were all smeared and the lysol wipes container was dirty and full of trash, not wipes. It's a shame because I really wanted to show my mom a good time and figured that this would be a sure bet since I used to work for Hampton and knew their standard of service. Also; not a single employee was wearing any kind of uniform. The overnight front desk clerk looked like she was in pajamas and the breakfast attendants were in sweats! Not a single employee smiled or greeted anyone.

Overall excellent comfortable. This is one of our favorite hotels. We have stayed here multiple times and it has always been a great experience. The location is great, lots to do. I highly recommend this hotel.

This Hotel is less than one mile East of 35 at 306. Appears to be new. Great helpful and friendly staff, very clean room and very good breakfast. The room was also large with a sitting area and a kitchen.
What....did I see?

The one and only best thing about this hotel is the desk clerk, Babul! The two other women there are rude. As I was going to breakfast I saw the maid use her BARE HANDS to put food in the hot plates. I was so aghast that I went to look for the manger to tell him. Instead of using a spatula, this woman during a pandemic was using her hands. Awful food anyway! The hotel had a sign that they asked for guests to use a mask but it was never enforced. The hotel is kept ridiculously cold, a waste of money. The room was suitable and the bed comfortable. During my stay there was a girls club and they were out of control on the 4th floor. They set off the fire alarm and the one woman staff did not call to warn guests nor did she tell the guests that all was well. Very dangerous and a liability to the hotel!
