Get Key Maker Fixed

Good staff and location. Adequate accommodations for a single man on a roadtrip. They had difficulty with the key encoder machine which delayed my checkin. Then, I had someone unlock and open my door at 2:30a!! So, I hope they check on that key encoder machine and make sure one key can't open another customers door.
Barely average, but adequate

This is a very tired hotel that does the job. If you just need a place to sleep, this could be your stop. On the other hand, it's a very tired building. The bathroom rubs the floor, making it hard to open. A split in the gutter outside my window lets a heavy stream of rainwater drop 10 feet to another gutter below making a waterfall sound all night. No, it's not restful. The counter around the sink is smeared with either cleaning solution or some kind of uncleanliness. The table where I ate breakfast desperately needed a 1/2-inch shim to stop it from rocking and spilling my juice. And there was a sticker on the napkin dispenser on that table that said "Trump won," guaranteeing to offend more than half the population. It might be fairly expensive to make real improvements here but it would be worth it, especially with a Best Western immediately next door.
Just say No

The cleanliness of the room was extremely poor. The sink had coffee splashes in and around it, there was half of a loaf of bread left in one drawer, a large box of Slime (the kids toy) left in another, and a Hefty bag left in still another. There was a toy skateboard left next to (not under) the bed, and a sock and a bottle left in the corner of the room. The microwave was stained with food residue. There was a toothpaste stain on the bathroom floormat, a used bar of soap stuck to the shower shelf, and several of the towels were well into the gray zone. We immediately reported this to the front desk and asked for a new room, but were told the hotel was booked and an employee would be sent to re-clean the room. Other than that... I don't know, is there anything that would make your stay bounce back after that?
Simple clean room but almost no breakfast

The room was simple but clean and comfortable. Bed was even supportive and slept well. Everything worked including internet access. Breakfast was limited to a muffin and coffee. That IT. Need to step it up a bit.

We couldn't sleep through all the noise we could hear in the rooms next to ours. You can hear talking, tv and even just water from their showers. I would not stop here with children again. Also the to go bags of breakfast were a freaking joke.
