The only good thing about this hotel was the friendly front desk person
The room was clean enough, despite needing serious upgrades, and the front desk person, Joshua, was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my room had no towels (only hand towels and a floor towel), no hot water (I turned it on as high as it would go and it was Luke warm at best), and by the time I took my shower and realized I had no towels it was around 11pm and there was no one at the front desk to bring me towels (despite 24-hour front desk service advertised when I booked). The refrigerator made a loud thumping sound every 20-30 minutes all night long and there was cable TV but without much selection, and no way to change the input so that I could hook up my laptop or stream anything. The next morning I woke up with horrible back pain from the awful bed. I also realized there was no coffee and no cups even if there was coffee, and when I went out front to check out the advertised free breakfast, there was none. There was a shelf with a few chips for sale and that was it. Complete waste of my money. Oh, and no smoke alarm in my room. Unsafe and uncomfortable. Do not stay here.
Think twice before you book a reservation at this location
Sub-Par lodging. Price was too high for the accomodations. Overall staff was rude and unhelpful. Had to exchange door key card three different times. Overall length of stay was three days. The two queen beds were firm. We did have restful sleep.
Needs maintemace and upgrades
Would not stay here again-shoddy maintenance that could have resulted in a fire. The property needs to be upgraded not just for appearance but for patrons' safety. We did not have breakfast and because of the Covid-19 they were only serving bagged breakfast(not their fault)
Falling apart all over
The place was falling apart with mold and chunks of our bathroom wall falling off. There is a train that comes by at 3 in the morning. Sure, they have a warm breakfast but it smelled everywhere. Even told the front desk we smelled weed from one of the rooms, they didn't care.

I have already referred the property. And will plan on staying there again when back in the area. Everything was easy from reservations to check out. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I give a 5 out of 5.
