Great location, great hotel!

We stayed here in June with our dog on a half-cross-country road trip from Virginia to Texas and back to Virginia. This hotel was great! We absolutely loved the location! It was super easy to have our dog with us and we loved the room. The only issue was the door to the bathroom that was really annoying and barely worked. Overall, we loved the hotel and would definitely stay there again!
Very happy with my stay

I was very happy with my recent stay at AC Hotel in New Orleans. The staff was very helpful and kept a very clean environment with current COVID protocols. The location was an easy walk to many locations. I would choose to stay here again during future trips to New Orleans.
Great Location, rooms, and service

Used as our overflow hotel for our wedding block, worked out perfectly. The staff were great in managing the block ahead of the event, especially with the Cowboys coming to town for Thursday night football. The rooms were great and location ideal for a wedding near the CBD/French Quarter.
Great service, room does the job

Great experience. The location is steps away from the French Quarter, but far enough so that you're away from the noise and the crowds. It's also within walking distance to lots of good restaurants that aren't in the French Quarter. The rooms were new, modern, and spacious. Everything was clean, and the TV remote was in a separate sanitized bag, which I thought was a nice touch. Most importantly, the beds and pillows were the perfect balance between soft and firm. Only downside would be the sliding bathroom doors -- they always slid open on their own or get misaligned. For the front desk, I wanted to give a special shout-out to Katorra for his amazing service! He always asked how we were doing and was always so prompt and enthusiastic whenever we needed something. One night, there was a lizard in our room, and he did not hesitate to move us to another room and offer his apologies (even though it wasn't his fault). Overall, I would definitely stay here again because of him.
Great customer service!

I don’t usually write reviews; however, I just spoke to Adam, the front desk manager. I had a problem and Adam went above and beyond to help me solve it! He was polite and courteous. I will for sure be booking through them again.
