Great Hotel!
Amazing stay; can't wait to come back. This hotel gets 5 stars. (1) It was clean and front desk staff as excellent (2) brand new gym and complimentary breakfast (3) nice room with refrigerator and Netflix (4) all new accommodations (5) will definitely be back!
Family trip
This Courtyard offers guests clean, well appointed rooms and outstanding customer service. Julianne Pascual is an extraordinarily kind and competent professional who adeptly handled our room block and warmly welcomed us. We are so grateful for her and all of the associates there. Front desk and Bistro associates were really excellent, too. We would definitely stay here again.
Excellent Hotel for the Price and Location
I stayed here recently while visiting a family member in the hospital. The hotel appears to be relatively new, with a clean, modern design and all the latest amenities. There are charging ports next to the bed, charging ports in the alarm clock, a big, new, comfortable bed, and a brand new bathroom that was so well laid out I took a photo for design ideas for my own remodel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciated this even more, given the context of my visit. When I had to return two weeks later, I booked this hotel again without even considering any others.
Family Visit
We decided to try this hotel because of the good reviews. We had a family party to attend to and booked two rooms. Check in was very prompt and we appreciated one of our rooms being ready as we were there early and were travelling with my 7 month old granddaughter. Once we arrived in our rooms, we were pleasantly surprised of how spacious the room and bathroom were. All the furnishings were brand new and there was plenty of room to put a pack-and-play for my granddaughter. The mattress was amazing and we had a great night sleep. All in all, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel the next time we stay in Long Island.
Noisy neighbors and thin walls
The walls are very thin at this hotel. The people in the adjacent room were very noisy, and you could hear the women "enjoying" herself multiple times throughout the night. We checked-in at about 9PM. 9:30 - 10:30PM the moaning droned on. Then again at about 3AM, the sound of high-heals permeated our room, followed by more moaning. It was loud - certainly could not sleep with it going on. Finally, at about 5AM, the high-heals appeared to get up and leave. We spoke to the people at the front desk the following night, and they changed our room. Not sure what goes on at this facility, and really don't care. Just be warned that if you have small children, be prepared to explain questions like "why is that lady making that noise Mommy?"
