So many things went wrong, google has the full review. But long story short, I booked this hotel for my sister and her friend and I really wish i hadn't. I requested a credit card authorization form MULTIPLE times before she got there since i was told my sister couldn't check in without it (I paid with my card and wouldn't be present at check in). They rarely answer the phone. I tried contacting the manager with no luck. At one point I talked to a guy (Robert) who repeatedly told me it was his 2nd day and he couldn’t help me. when I asked for a manager he said “there is no manager. I’m the only one here. and I told you it’s only my 2nd day ” He also at one point told me to explain my frustrations to David the manger in the morning, not him. My sister gets there and they take her card information using her friends ID (my sister is not 21). THEY THEN PROCEED TO GIVE MY SISTER A KEY TO SOMEONE ELSE'S ROOM. WHILE THAT PERSON WAS IN THERE. Unprofessional, irresponsible, and completely unsafe. Still haven't heard from David the manager. And they still charged my card despite not having a signed credit card authorization form from me.

Although the folks at the front desk appeared to do their best and the hotel is very stylish...housekeeping was a nightmare (missing sheets, ripped sheets, extremely dirty sheets & a different subset of towels every day), 20+ minute waits for a packed elevator were the norm and the neighborhood was more than a little unsafe. $53 for a split of cheap wine was notable as well. Changed hotels mid-stay. NEVER AGAIN.

The only bedding provided was a bottom sheet & a bedspread (literally your g-ma’s polyester bedspread). I called downstairs for 2 bottom sheets so we wouldn’t have to touch the bedspread & use it as a blanket since there wasn’t one. Isn’t a hotels highest priority is to provide bedding at minimum? Came so close to going to bed, bath & beyond to buy bedding. Will NEVER stay here again.
Nice enough but housekeeping issues

Nice enough hotel at a decent rate, unfortunately a terrible housekeeping policy meant that despite requesting a clean on 4 different occasions it kept getting missed. They only accept these requests between 10am and 4pm which is utterly ridiculous for people traveling on business. I’m still staying here so will update my review if they can come back to me with an acceptable response

We were comped a cocktail by the very nice receptionist as our room was not ready yet. Took forever to get an elevator to our floor. Please optimize elevator algorithm!!!! Reserved a room with two queen beds but got a room with two double beds.
