Wish I could say it was good
At the start of the pandemic ( a year ago) I was supposed to stay at this hotel. I obviously had to cancel. Since then both myself and Expedia have tried to contact them to no avail. The phone rings off the hook and emails go unreturned. It looks like a great place to stay but if you have issues be prepared for no reply.
A hotel doing it right
The Cassa is the PERFECT spot to stay when in NYC. It’s close to Times Square but west of the intensity so it truly is a sanctuary. Manager Ronald is one of hospitality’s finest and made sure I was taken care of. Contemporary rooms. Very clean and taking all precautions due to Covid. Would recommend without hesitation
Comedian
This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The staff here is impeccable. They are all so friendly and accommodating to all guests. The rooms are always clean and tidy and the rooftop had an amazing view of the city. Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place that you can make your home away from home.

Michael was the best he was great at his job and well experience. The customer service was great as a first responder he was good . The hotel is a family and it felt wonderful to be there $$$$$$$$$%$$$$%%%%%%%%%"%%"
Crazy
You Can not talk loud in your own room.I had just came in room 1am after concerts.And just because i was talking 10 to 15 minutes too loudly for next room liking .Crazy guy name michael bangs and yells at us that he will have us thrown out by police of they hear one more complaint.and said they had to give refund because of our talking for 10 to 15 minutes.Crazy and ignorant.Dont bother to stay there.
