Noisy Room on Lower Floor and Staff not helping to resolve the matter..... avoid sleeping on the second floor you will hear and feel the rumbling of the motros every 5 minutes or less. The staff did not help and one lady in the morning was rude refusing to honor the promise of the male staff the first day of check in

The room was small, but we’ll designed. It is like two star hotels in European cities. The room is not for travelers that spend much time in their rooms. It had all the important things: good size very clean bathroom with good shower head.

We only stayed a night but it was very nice and clean and even managed to get a parking spot out front! Front desk guy was great and very friendly- we had to have an extra bed rolled in- no problem- I know they have other things there but it was just close and easy for our one rainy night in NY!

We booked this hotel on a jet blue package in November 2021. I thought we booked a full suite but it was basically one room with a divider and seating area. We were on the 18th floor with a corner room and great views. The room was good enough for us. It was clean and well maintained. There was some noise from other rooms and the elevators but nothing serious. External soundproofing is ok, there was some traffic noise We liked the filtered water fountains which were used a lot. We didn’t use the top floor lounge The room had a microwave and small stove but no utensils or plates, probably due to covid. The staff were helpful and pleasant at all times and supplied extra coffee etc for the in room coffee machine. They would have also supplied extra towels and pillows if needed. There was no room service for our stay but none was needed, trash left outside our room was promptly collected The hotel is in a great location close to Grand Central and easy access to all areas. Highly recommended
