I'm in this hotel for 3 days hollyday. 2Nd day, at 3.30 pm the room has not been prepared and I cannot rest. I think it is not a normal thing for a hotel of this category. I'm very disappointed! The service is very scarce.
Great location, clean & modern

We were really happy with the Concorde. We were in town for an event on Central Pk South and this hotel was the perfect base. We opted for a king room on a high floor. Very quiet with nice typical NYC views. The bed was super comfortable and the room was modern with a huge bathroom and tub. Highly reccomend.
Great Boutique Hotel in Midtown East

I have stayed at the Concorde twice and both times were excellent experience. The hotel is in a great location, minutes from Central Park, Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales and many sites and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, especially for New York Standards. The rooms and bathrooms are well appointed and appear to be relatively new or recently renovated. The staff are very friendly and the lobby is chic and has plenty of areas for quick meetings. I would highly recommend staying at the Concorde for a reasonably priced and centrally located hotel.

It’s my second stay at the Concorde Hotel for business purposes and I will definitely come back! Stephania and Shennel were particularly helpful and arranging my stay. But really, the entire staff team is great. I really feel comfortable in the room..which has a bathtub. This is a plus to me. Also the location is the best as I could go to work walking or by a short uber drive. I highly recommend this hotel. Sarah

Hidden resort fees and management was unwilling to do the right thing. I stayed for 6 nights and upon check-in, I was told "You are already paid in full, I ONLY need your credit card for incidentals" No resort fee was explained to me at all, and asking for my credit card for normal incidentals would have been the appropriate time, but the staff obviously doesn't want to mention the resort fee because they probably get conflict about it all the time. Again, upon check-out, the staff said to me "Yep, you already paid in full, so you're all good! Thank you" The resort fee was still not mentioned. A few days after checkout I see a $200 USD charge on my card. I called the hotel and they explained that was the resort fee. For what? They said for use of the gym and for a 24/hour coffee machine on floor 4. There is no pool, there is no room service, no spa, no lounge, nothing. The resort fee is 100% a scam and a money grab. During my month in New York, I also stayed at the nearby Kimberley which is a fantastic full-service hotel with actual amenities and they do NOT charge a resort fee. I also stayed at similarly priced/styled Park Terrace at Bryant Park who also did not have resort fees. This hotel is not worth the price, especially when the staff do not tell you about the resort fee verbally and try to tell you it was mentioned in some fine-print on a document that no one ever reads. Your money is best spent at other nearby properties that don't have sneaky fees under the guise of service charges. Also, the elevators were extremely slow, and intermittently out of order. It takes forever to get up or down.
