We were forced to stay here when snow scuttled our original flight plans. I don’t think any money has been spent on this place in the past 20 years. There is no restaurant, and any services offered are minimal. The one positive comment I have is that the shuttle to the airport worked out well.

The price was affordable and most of the staff was helpful but the front desk clerk Lisa (African American woman) was unapproachable and very rude. She sat at the desk with an angry face and I was afraid to ask her for a paper plate. When I took the plate, she came up and started yelling at me as if I was a bum. I paid and stayed there for 6 nights. I felt so humiliated and scared. This is the main reason why I would never stay at this hotel again.

OK for a night or two

My room was clean and had the minimum amenities you would expect. They offer free off-street parking but it is limited. Fortunately I was able to find a space. Breakfast is continental. The biggest problem was the DISH TV...I couldn't figure out how to increase the volume or turn off the notice that DISH is not on. Threw a jacket over it at night. Not a biggie for a none-night stay.

I had booked my stay through Booking.com and had called the hotel from JFK to send the airport shuttle. I waited for more than 1 hr and no one answered my telephone call. After reaching the hotel there was more than 100 people drinking alcohol and shouting. I could not sleep till 2PM due to the noise. The TV and telephone also didn't work in the room.

My stay was horrible, The parking is horrible, the rooms are small. I cut my back on the door inside of my room- 4 nails were coming out of the hallway closet. I was bleeding pretty bad and when I went to the front desk for a first aid kit they didn't have one. I had to wait twenty minutes for them to run to the store. we also had to leave our luggage at the front desk because we were on the 5th or 6th floor and the elevator did not work for the fours days we stayed. i wanted to complain but was told they would call my room with the Managers info..that never happened ..i just gave up, i was on vacation and didn't have time for the drama ....Never again !!!
