Great stay in the middle of it all!

Reviewed 1 july, 2022

PLEASE NOTE... This is NOT your average Embassy Suites -- this hotel does not have the classic 2-room suites nor does it have a swimming pool I knew this going into the situation. These hotel rooms are much like any other standard hotel room. We stayed in a King Size bedroom with a pullout bed. This worked fine. The room is a little cramped, but that is to be expected in the heart of New York City, where space is a premium. This hotel is located a few blocks away from the Empire State Building as well as Time Square. There is parking, at a premium at I-Park located around the block and there is no valet service. The hotel lobby is small, but adequate. This hotel does offer free breakfast faire -- each day we were there, the breakfast changed. One day there was pancakes and bacon, another day there were waffles and sausages. There still is the classic omelet bar, fresh fruit, cereals, danishes, etc The hotel does have a solid "manager's reception" where drinks are free from 5 - 6:30 pm. It is also great that they have an outdoor space where they show movies! We visited the workout facility. Next to the workout facility is a balcony with chairs and a view right down West 37th Avenue. It was a good stay. I wish the hotel had 2 rooms, such as the other Embassy Suites, but we still had two TVs, a standard bathroom and a GREAT view of the Empire State Building

Worst visit ever for a Hilton

Reviewed 30 june, 2022

People have reviewed this hotel and it’s not up to Hilton standards. First the room and hall ways and a smell to it like worst than trash. Second when I complained the wanted to give me 5000 rewards points which is not even close to a free stay at Hilton. The hotel would not even discuss this issue by giving a call back. Ruined my Father’s Day trip to see the Yankees. Don’t stay at this hotel or you will be unhappy.

Good location needs work.

The rooms are small but it is NYC and most hotel rooms are small. The happy hour is a joke. Wine, beer (no mixed drinks), taco chips with some kind of awful spinach dip, popcorn and churros. Breakfast was not much better. The first morning we were there they had no eggs. There is not much room for the clients to eat and the hotel didn't open up any more space. It's the same room as for the happy hour.

Stay at Embassy Suites Times Square

I stayed here one night with my daughter, she wasn’t feeling well and staff was so kind to us. Special shout out to Adam, Laura and Gracela! They were so helpful with directions, baggage, you name it!

Nice hotel in a convenient location

Great location. Easy walk to MSG, subways, buses, etc. We opted for an upper room with a view and had a nice view of the Empire State Building. Movies on the patio was fun. Breakfast area is ridiculously small but we managed to find a table each day. Room is tiny, nothing suite about it, but we were aware of this beforehand. Only complaint is that I left a couple shirts by accident in the tiny closet in the bathroom. I discovered this about 4 days after we left while doing laundry. Might not have been able to recover them, but very disappointing that I could not even get anyone to even return my multiple phone calls.
