The building dont make it good hotel.

We regret to sent our family to this place. They owe me money and they keep lying to my bank. But i have the suprises for them . I'm waiting for booked room on December 19 ,2020 but we got there at 1:30 am December 20,2020 and checked out same the for not providing towels and room cleaning. They had no towels or house keepers due to Corona virus, terrible excuses but they agreed to refund my money of $300.18 instead of $420 yet no money refunded.

Thinking it was nice judging by the photos online but the sheets were stained pillows were so flat in both rooms I was switched the first one wasn’t even cleaned nothing but filth second one was decent but they need to remodel and update its definitely not a suite more like a studio — one elevator works which takes a bit to get to you no breakfast due to COVID I’m assuming location isn’t too bad the towels were thin they don’t have hand towels only bath or wash cloths even with that there’s hair in the towels so your better off going elsewhere I’m not even sure if they sanitize the rooms since every other hotel has a note and 2-3 sanitizing wipes on the table before the guest touches anything this hotel doesn’t do none of that I slept with my coat on the bed and my hoodie as my pillow. Out of all my travels and hotel stay this is the WORST.

Worst Fairfield Inn ever

I would never stay here again! It was filthy. My room had no hand towels or wash cloths and one bath towel for 2 people. When I asked for towels I was told they had no more. Seriously? The bed linens were horribly stained. The handle on our door was about to fall off. No other customers had masks on and were not asked to put them on. I had driven 12 hours and had to get up early and drive 12 hours again. I just wanted a shower and a clean bed. I slept on top of the bed, in my clothes with my coat as a cover. This should not be a Marriott property. I stay exclusively at Marriott properties because I can usually count on high quality. Definitely missed the mark here.

Hotel very dirty,the people inside de lobby with no mask,no breakfast,only one elevator,nothing to drink in the lobby ,not even water,this is a very unsafe way to manage a hotel, i feel bad because this was my favorite hotel

Ordinary rooms, bad location, crazy parking, very basic breakfast.

Breakfast was very ordinary, rooms were decent but small, parking was crazy expensive but not available as they have very limited spots so had to park on the street which didn't feel safe at all but luckily nothing happened to my rental. Area didn't feel safe so was very careful at nights. Front desk was always missing so had to wait for 10-15 mins before someone will come to help us.
