I was very impressed with this hotel The rooms are larger than most NYC hotels. The staff was awesome. They were more than accommodating when I needed to extend my stay due to a storm cancelling all transportation out of the city. The price was very reasonable as well! I will definitely stay here again!

Daniel was so much help with our stay. Very patient, kept us smiling during the whole check in process. The room was comfortable and spacious. Daniel made sure we had a joint room with the rest of our family members. Will be coming back soon.

So it started from checking in. Erin was so nice and pleasant. I was all over the place with my card information and all. Never did she sweat or make me feel like I was wasting her time. She gave me side conversation and just a great experience. Erin my daughter and I thank you so much. You rock and the gift was the icing on the cake.

DO NOT STAY HERE! People were able to access the guest elevator and access my room, $80 worth of stuff stolen, NYPD had to come arrest them. Management wanted me to pay for the extended stay the next day despite having to be up all night filing a report with police on the hotel premises. Happy birthday to me. Horrible management.

After long year of not traveling, we decided to head to NYC for a weekend. After looking at many hotels, we decided to go with Millenium. First Impressions lobby is huge and beautiful. Front lady name syeda checked us in was very nice, gave my kids NYC souvenirs. Bell person Eddie was pleasant as well. First room wasnt that great, went down and spoke to syeda again and she quickly upgraded us and gave us a much better room. Also checked up on us to make sure we liked this one better. Rooms definitely need renovations but at the end the staff makes this hotel a great one!
