I really liked the hotel! The staff was nice and super friendly. My room was clean and there was even a super cute rooftop terrace with some nice views. The only reason for one less star was just the size of the room. I expect a small space in NYC but I don’t think even two people could share this room. I truly enjoyed my experience, however and slept better in their bed that I do in most hotels.

Adorable hotel located next to some amazing restaurants and bars. Easy to navigate the neighborhood. Gio and Catherine were extremely helpful when we had to check out earlier than expected. Staff was very attentive and provided great communication and recommendations.

On 10-28-2021, I reached Redford Hotel after a painful day of getting lost and never found in NYC Greenwich Village area. From there, I took my train to the hotel, which took me another 7 minutes walk. My pain and sores almost vanished after I had a warm conversation with a young hotel host whose name I unfortunatel cannot recall. He is Puerto Rican and the age of my younger son. He took me down memory lane when I visited my colleague in Arecibo, and he also made sure that I had everything I needed to have a comfortable night. Even though the size of the room was much smaller than I could have ever imagined, the oriental decor style was soothing. The terrace on the 7th floor (I saw no pillows) allowed me to stretch my feet and relax a bit. The other fellow from Peru, who was like a security person, tried to be nice, too. Even if the hallways are still in concrete, and I would hope they will upgrade soon, I would not hesitate to book the hotel or recommend it to a friend For good food lovers, the hotel is surrounded by famous eateries, it seemed! The only disappointing feature I must report is the TV. It had local channels, and on that particular night there was no signal. IHopefully, it was just an unfortunate coincidence. Thank you Redford staff.

My boyfriend and I stayed for a handful of days and loved our stay. The double bed room was very cozy, but doable for a couple. Catherine V. was an incredible help whenever we had a question or needed assistance. She went above and beyond!

My friend and I had a great weekend stay at The Redford! The rooms were small but had everything we needed and served our purpose for sleeping and getting dressed to explore the city. Catherine at the front desk was so kind and helpful! She gave us great local recommendations and even checked us in a little early. Gary, who is on night shift, was polite, professional and helpful with finding places to eat and nightlife recommendations. The area is perfect for nightlight and going out. Also close to so many great places to eat. Can’t beat this price. We will be back!
