Most convenient location to go to mall and casino. Very nice and clean room for the price. Hotel staff is very friendly. I would stay here again. Lots of places to eat in the area. Very nice bar next door.
Don’t expect luxury, but good value for short stays

Good- —Water pressure was good —Plentiful hot water —Bed was comfortable —Renovated room (201) —Heat was fine (heat was controlled by thermostat on wall. A/C is controlled via window unit). —Room was clean —Bath towels were great —Restaurant was in the same parking lot —Good value for what you pay for So-So- —WiFi was Ok but would occasionally either stop or drop to very low bandwidth. —Lobby is still closed - must do all transactions through a small bullet proof glass window. —I only stayed one night, but I got the feeling part of the hotel houses “long term” guests. Bad- —Don’t like the $100 deposit process - what a hassle!

The air worked and the TV had lots of stations. Otherwise, this stay was pretty crappy. There was no coffee, the shower was filthy (see photo) and the door was nearly impossible to open. The man who checked us in was acting super inconvenienced and we weren’t allowed into the lobby when we checked out, despite it being 11am and well within business hours. The water pressure was terrible and the bathroom is so tiny my husband had to towel off in the hallway. Would definitely not recommend.
Not what it used to be.

We have been coming here for five years, and each year seems worse than the last. A $100 charge to the card because you might damage the room? Really? Does not say much for the clientele. Our room was nothing like the pictures. It was dark, unkempt, and the furnishing were in pretty tired shape. The rug did not look vacuumed. The heat was 80 when we got in the room. We turned it off and it never went below 75 degrees the entire night. You could hear the TV through the wall until about 3 - 4 in the morning. I think the location (inn) has become a place where people live. The lobby is closed, and you deal with hotel personnel through bullet-proof glass and a slot. Felt more like I was at a gas station in a bad neighborhood. Not very inviting or comforting. Fortunately it was only for one night. Don't think we'll be back.
Customer service chilly

Room had two roaches, which was not expected! At check in, same chilly reception, female rep only cared to collect payment. Wife of Frosty is my description of her. While professional, in no way did she express any warmth, and she seemed stand offish. The coldness of her demeanor made the three day stay awkward. The room, there was a dead roach in the sheets, which is why I now strip the bed down to the mattress and then shake the sheets so as to refit. Shower was warm, yet nor hot, so I took this as a cut back. Cable channels are basic, yet suitable, yet wireless internet access, limited. No in room fridge or microwave so I had to order food delivered, an expense as there is no Wawa, other wise, I would shop and store food in the room. Over all, stay was ok, yet if better received at check in, my stay would have been better tolerated. Have no intent to return for which I suspect the manager would care less any way if I did.
