The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great too. We had a bit of trouble with our temperature setting and they helped us solve the problem. I left an important item in the hotel and the manager (Gail, I believe) called us immediately and kept it on hold until we were able to return. Good, honest people running this place! Thank you, Gail and the housekeeper who found it. Bless you!

Staff were extremely hospitable, generous, helpful. Room and pool were excellent! I would definitely stay here again. Although our room faced the interstate, we heard no noise at all. Breakfast buffet was impressive as well.

Our first time here. Although we stayed for only one night, we would return to this property. Friendly staff. Clean, large rooms. Microwave and Medium sized refrigerator. Good wi-fi signal. Breakfast is standard fare. 7-11 gas station is very close.

Don’t stay at this hotel. We called the day before we checked in and asked if we could upgrade our room and told them we are happy to pay whatever it cost. The receptionist said she couldn’t do anything until her supervisor got there. On the way there we get a call from the supervisor and she said that they have a bigger room for us and told us it would be free, which we were excited about because we are a family of 5. Of course we get there and they didn’t actually have a bigger room for us. I spoke with the supervisor (who we had just talked to) and she said “sorry, we can’t upgrade you”. The other groups in our party had similar experiences with the hotel staff. The staff isn’t empowered to handle any situation unless the supervisor is there and even then it seems like they are not on the same page. We were in a block of rooms reserved for a wedding party which meant we had a reduced room rate. We checked our final charges and naturally they over charged us. Called the hotel to let them know and the receptionist said she couldn’t help us because her supervisor wasn’t there until Monday.. just another headache caused by this hotel I would suggest driving a few exits further and finding a different hotel if you’re looking in this area.

From the girls at the front desk, Jessica A, Jessica C, and Evelyn, to the girls in breakfast, Tracy and Bonnie, to house keeping, every person we encountered was over the top. They all went out of their way to make our 4 day girls trip great! Very clean hotel, great staff! The coffee was definitely not on the strong side but everything else was perfect!
