Worst Hotel Ever
Sheets and comforter were nasty with stains and smelled like dog urine. Ceiling light was falling off of ceiling. Beds were double beds not queen sized as booked. locks on the main door broken and missing. Bathroom fan was broken. Hair dryer was missing. Major hole in bathroom door. No toilet paper roll dispenser. Headboard on bed was damaged.
Dirty clothes from other Guest left between Beds
terrible! when I first tried to book room by calling Hotel to see if they would compare & give me the same as the offers on Hotel.com - Priceline - Booking.com, I was told that system was down & could only be offered the higher price! when I took the price & got to the room I found the disgusting room with previous guest sock & dried up vomit
Flea Bag Motel
Room was Flea infested, could not even lay down and sleep. Bathroom is outdated is looks like the 80's hit it. The heat did not work properly, the from part the heater wad completely gone. the door key access did not work had to keep playing with it to get into my room.
It’s okay
I wouldn’t necessarily plan a trip and stay here. But if you’re looking for something affordable, basic, and no frills, this is a good place. A really big plus for me was that they had smoking rooms, as a smoker, I would come back when I need a solo moment.

Days Inn - Oyster Point Newport News was great - signage not well placed, not easy to see, so you might miss it, but a great place to stay, with great reception, hot continental breakfast, and great rooms and amenities!
