Go somewhere else or save your money. We just checked in & the room has no tv remote or internet. The bathroom wallpaper is peeling & there appears to be black mold behind it. I plan to notify authorities about the black mild. Will NEVER stay here again!

My husband and I came to town for a last min trip because his God Mother passed the day before. We booked, arrived in deplorable conditions, left, and were not able to get a refund because the manager refused to call back. There is one elevator in the hotel and it was out of order, I have bad knees and was told the ONLY other room was on the first floor. The room we were sent to smelled like fresh cigarette smoke, the TV was already on, the bed and pillows looked slept on, the carpet was filthy and separating at the seams with LARGE gaps. Lastly and most gross was the chair in the corner of the room that was stained so bad I couldn't tell if it was dirt or dried blood - it looked like something from a crime scene. Needless to say, we were in and out of that room in less than 10 min. When we went back to the front desk staff (we had to call him in from his cigarette and telephone break, which is where he was when we arrived talking loudly and unprofessional on the phone in front of the hotel) - he checked us out said there was nothing he could do and he would give the message to the manager about our refund request. We've tried calling and keep getting the run-around. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISGUSTING PLACE. The customer service is as bad as the condition of the hotel. It should be demolished.

The room was filthy. Dog and cat hair on the floor, pet throw up against the walls and around the bed, pubes and head hairs in the bathroom. This is the only motel I have ever walked out on as I was not confident a replacement room would have been any better. Do not waste your money, and if you do make sure you complain within 15 minutes of checkin ( may or may not do any good). This motels MO is to take you money for sub-par living conditions and then finding every excuse they can for not issuing a refund. The dog kennel that I use is 5 star compared to this place.
Place is a complete dump. Avoid at All Costs!

Avoid at all costs. The staff is angry and argumentative if you get frustrated for example waiting for forty five minutes for someone to show up to the front desk. If you dare disagree they will cancel your reservation and tell you are not getting a refund. Staff will lie and tell you they don't have a manager if you have an issue. The owner is replying to poor reviews like he cares. Check out the Hampton Better Business Bureau for more reviews. Anything saying this place is not a complete dump is false. Lots of places to stay in Hampton. Avoid this place unless you want to waste your hard earned money.

The beds are made so sloppy and wrinkled we thought we were given someone else's room. It also was supposed to be non smoking and it smelled so bad like smoke, we asked for another room. The second room was just as bad if not worse. The TV was on as we entered the room at 10pm. The bed looked the same as the first. The drapes were falling off the windows and also very wrinkled and it smelled. We went to the desk and asked to cancel our reservations. It took over 10 minutes for the front desk person to appear. He had been outside smoking when we arrived. I have been trying to get a refund since August. Every time I call, I'm told the manager is not in and my emails are not answered. No wonder the hotel is disgusting.
