Hampton inn request
I needed a room in the Newport TN area when traveling through april 12, 2021 and asked if I could get an early room on the spot. Robyn Jones the front desk attendant was very helpful and got me in early with a great friendly attitude. My room and visit was great and would recommend this place when traveling through.
Clean. Amazing staff and reasonably priced
We are visiting from out of state and the staff has been professional and friendly the entire time. Starting from Ms. Sarah who checked us in with no problems and Ms. Robyn Jones who helped us painlessly extend our one day stay. THe room are clean, and they disinfect for your comfort and protection. The rooms are also spacious with no harmful furniture that the little ones could hurt themselves on. We highly recommend this location, which is about 25 miles from gatlinburg but the scenery to drive is well worth it. We didn’t get to try the apple farm restaurant but the reviews says is awesome. I love Tennessee and we enjoyed ourselves and the stay. Thanks for being so accommodating.
Clean, comfortable, & reasonably priced.
Rooms were spotless. Checkin was easy. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Easy on/off Hwy 40. Front desk receptionist was friendly and explained the extensive cleaning the hotel does to reduce the spread of Covid. We would definitely stay here again!
So Kind and Professional
Sarah Stephen was so sweet and kind. She gave us a great discount and we were blessed to have her kindness with providing us the only room left for hundreds of miles. Please give her a raise! She more than deserves it! She works at the Hampton Inn in Newport, TN.
Friendly staff, clean hotel
Very friendly staff. Only had a day in Newport and Robyn Jones was super helpful with local recommendations. Due to Covid, usual hot breakfast wasn’t available but hotel prepared boxed breakfasts that were good.
