Great location for travelers like us - right off the interstate, next door to a Love's Service area. Very reasonable price (~$100 for a king bed for a night), good room w/lots of space, comfy bed, good internet connectivity. Decent breakfast. We didn't avail ourselves of it, but they also offered a small bar/pizza area, where they served beer, wine, had frozen pizzas.

Not clean and deferred maintenance noted. Room key had to be reset each time we left the building (like this was normal). Limited breakfast selections. Worst was fire alarm 7am one morning. Sound discontinued but lights flashed all day. Staff lackadaisical about getting it reset. We called fire dept at 4pm. No fire protection til system is reset - hotel is responsible. After fire Marshall gave them 30 minutes to reset, it was taken care of. Desk clerk said we wouldn’t have a fire anyway! Dangerous attitudes.

rude check in clerk, dirty food area, cold food that should be hot, checkout clerk was very nice, carpet in room was dirty, have been here before and this time was the worst, will probably give it 1 more try and if its not better go somewhere else

Spotlessly clean room (and well-equipped with frig, microwave & coffee-maker), genuinely friendly staff at check-in, great breakfast buffet and fast, free WiFi! Can’t ask for more in a budget-friendly hotel! I am impressed and will definitely seek out the “Americinn” brand from now on!

Wonderful Breakfast and extremely fast check-in. There for the PGI conventin. Very close to the Iowa racetrack (walking distance). Would stay there again if we come back for a convention. Thanks Again for a wonderful experience!
