Great Hotel
Nice hotel in a great location with a short walk to the main Nice beach. Plenty of things to do close by. Room was nice and clean with all the necessities. Car park on site was great and having a pool to use after the long hot days was great!
Good hotel and fantastic location
A pretty basic room but really comfortable bed and nice modern bathroom with a good shower etc. The fridge is empty and doesn’t really chill drinks but the staff were lovely and brought us up an ice bucket. The location is perfect for exploring Nice! You are near the beach, old town, shopping areas, loads of bars and restaurants nearby, the tram is super close, its really great!! We had breakfast included which was ok for us! The staff are very friendly and helpful. We did book this because of the pool but didn’t realise you had to pay extra for this. Our mistake but we were a bit disappointed as I don’t think this is super clear when booking. Anyway being so close to the beach etc it was fine in the end :) I would book if you are looking for a great location and like us, spend our days out and about!
Nice location
We had booked last minute as earlier booked holiday had to be cancelled. Arrived quite late as taxi we booked was not waiting for us. We had booked 5 rooms and 4 were allocated correctly but we were given the key to an occupied room at first 😱 luckily the occupiers were out as it could have been embarrassing. Our room key when we did get in had to be changed daily for the first 3 days as it would not work. The bedding was not changed until the final night and had a hole in the duvet cover and one pillow case. Last day no holes! Beds are comfortable and a/c is nice, bathroom spacious. When we arrived there had been additional beds and cots in our rooms which was a nuisance too. Our daughter celebrated her 21st birthday whilst we were away but nothing from the hotel which is unusual, they will probably blame covid but a bottle of water would have been nice! Rooms weirdly have empty mini bars and a coffee maker with no coffee. Rather a waste of time alongside a kettle with no milk or tea bags, perhaps it’s for the English who bring their own lol
Dirty bathroom and mini fridge
Brilliant location, friendly staff, and great breakfast. But major let down on our dirty room. Pretty sure the yellow liquid marks on the bathroom door was urine 🤢🤮 Not something you'd expect from a 4 star hotel.
Spacious, clean and well working rooms, friendly staff
We were very happy with our 4 night stay in Nice Riviera. We stayed there in February (during Carnival time), but got our room with great rate. Even the standard room was very spacious and very clean and bright and well maintained. There was a fridge where you could put your own beverages (or order from the reception). The staff was always friendly. Not only the room but also lobby, corridors etc. were really clean (I pay extra attention to this as I have a guesthouse myself in Finland).T he location is fantastic, just round the corner from the shopping street and walking distance to old town and beach. We didn't use the spa, it looked pretty small and was at extra cost. I can really recommend this hotel if you stay in Nice , the price and quality is excellent
