Nos hemos alojado 5 días y 4 noches en este hotel y ha sido magnifico. El hotel es precioso y el Servicio muy atento y profesional. Las habitaciones tienen un tamaño muy correcto, el baño es grande y la televisión tiene internet. Cenamos dos noches en su restaurante, muy buena cena, tiene un menú de 35 euros que incluye un plato y un postre o un primero y un Segundo. La localización es perfecta. MUY RECOMENDABLE
Great Hotel / Very kind people

We stayed 3 days in the hotel Albar L'Imperator. Everything was great. The highlight was upon our departure. My wife forgot her cellular phone in the room and went back from the station to the hotel in a 30 minutes time window. At the hotel the receptionist and a cleaning staff helped her immediately and personally searching the phone in the room, and she made it right back in time to catch our train to Paris... Thank you very much!

What a find! A truly luxurious hotel with wonderful staff from concierge to breakfast waiter. The hotel is very well run and the staff are so helpful and friendly as well as extremely professional. Our suite was well appointed and the bed so comfortable. It was a pleasure to have a bathrobe not made for a stick insect! The bistro menu had plenty of choice as did the breakfast menu. Our luggage and car were well looked after and we were delighted with our stay, roll on next year!

Let's start with the 'shaky' bit: The check in process was pretty awful.
We had booked a suite and we had requested an extra bed for our son. We also had advised the hotel that we would bring our small dog. Both requirements were confirmed via the chat on the hotel's website and by phone. The check in desk had no record of either though. After some conversation with the manager the issue was resolved.
Next check in hurdle: The very "special" way to validate my credit card. Instead of the usual card swipe + PIN, the front desk lady advised me that the card swipe would trigger an email with a link to validate the card. This link then connected to my card company requesting a one time password (not unusual for internet purchases but rather annoying when you want to check in at a hotel). Probably needless to say: This failed and we reverted to "good old" swipe and PIN which worked.
After this: Full on 5-star and nothing short of marvellous !
The suite was a dream of space, design and, naturally, cleanliness.
All staff, without exception, super attentive and super helpful; and this in the way that anticipates what you might want or, need, before you even thought about it. That's then what sets this hotel apart from other 5 stars - a lot!
Kitchen and bar also excellent.
After all, we loved it and as long as we can just do the normal card swipe at check in next time, we'll be back ;-)

Hotel reception and restaurant staff was very friendly, attentive and present. Intelligent young people with good language knowledge. Restaurant atmosphere is great, Thursday with DJ music - great fun. Breakfast choices are beautiful, restaurant menu well arranged with choices for everyone.
Hotel director is very present, approaches guests and helps for all needs - this is rare and unusual in all my international travels! Pool has a nice sunny location and is very clean. So are the rooms!
