This place is very poor value for money, compared to what you can get in Noosa. The only positives are the staff are helpful and the view is lovely. Be warned….there on only ONE bathroom on the apartment! We have been holidaying in Noosa for more than 10 years and have never had an apartment without an ensuite. For what it costs, you expect it as a standard. The apartment is tiny…very poky for 4 people. The worst thing though was the “queen size” bed….it was a lumpy double futon that was the most uncomfortable bed. The pillows were paper-thin cheap $5.00 Kmart pillows….appalling for “deluxe accommodation”. We were really disappointed and will never stay there again. There are loads of better options for the same, or less money 👎👎

A perfectly located Noosa accomodation, situated overlooking the beautiful river, 10 minutes walk to bustling Hasting Street which is a bonus as driving and parking there is a challenge. Located next door is a Convenience store, Noosa Nosherie (great coffee and food), fish n chips and Ricky's (upmarket restaurant). The accomodation has a beautiful pool, fabulous barbecue area and easy parking. We stayed in apartment # 9 (standard 2 bedroom) which had a fantastic sized large balcony which was also quite private and it was easy to access the pool area. The apartment had all the basics, but it was tired looking to say the least.

Lovely location and views, slightly disappointed with room and cleanliness

Many positives- amazing views over the river, close to Hastings, nice pool, facilities around the complex clean and well maintained. Peaceful location, great jetty’s you can pull up on your boat or kayak. Definitely better than staying on Hastings which is way too busy and extremely expensive. Negatives- we paid more for their deluxe apartments (approx $1000 more than the partly refurbished ones), meant to be their best fully refurbished apartments, ours definitely was not. Old shower, rubbish left from previous people still in the bathroom cupboard, extremely thick dust in the vents, dust and dirt inside window seals, fly screens, and mould on shutters, broken drawers in wardrobes, very stained old carpets. We booked 9 nights and disappointed to find out we don’t get a service because we booked on booking.com when it didn’t say on booking.com that you don’t get one. Every single time we have booked on booking.com over the years the same inclusions apply, this is the first time it wasn’t. I discussed all this with the manager at the end of the stay as I didn’t want to cause any trouble during (I’m very non confrontational), she mentioned bc booking.com take a big commission they scrap the service (which I think should be mentioned on booking.com), and she will be sorting the cleaning issues with staff. She also mentioned if I spoke to her at the beginning they would have moved us to a nicer apartment but I think we should have been put in a nicer one from the start if we did indeed pay extra for their deluxe rooms. It was just disappointing to pay extra for what you expect will be one of their best apartments when it wasn’t worth the extra money. Perhaps we were treated differently because we didn’t book direct with the resort? Hopefully next time if we choose to stay there we will have a better experience all round because it really was lovely in many ways

fabulous place and excellent location

This place has been the highlight of my family's trip to Australia this year. The apartment was great - top floor, excellent views, underground parking, plenty of space in the apartment - and a great starter pack to ensure we didn't need to shop straight away. The block is 15 minutes walk to Hastings street, or 5 minutes on the ferry (or driving) - quiet location with heated pool overlooking the river - what more could you ask for. The managers, Kellie and Ian are amazing - lovely people who re so helpful - full of great advice on places to eat, things to do, and almost anything you might need to know as a visitor. I could not recommend this place highly enough...

Wonderful stay

We just had an exceptional stay at the resort for my mum in laws 80th birthday, room was perfect, resort so clean with great amenities, can't wait to go back, Kelly and her team did a wonderful job of accommodating us and any requests we had too, can't wait to go back!
