Don’t book!!!

I stood here with my family for my youngest daughters birthday. We were planning to be at Six flags on Sunday. So we checked in after 8pm on Saturday and we were planning to leave at 8am the following day. On checking in the person at front desk asked for my card and license I said I already payed and he said oh you did and I said yes on Hotels.com. We get to our room mind you it’s not updated it’s old. Upon arriving sheets and room was not clean smelled musty. We didn’t even have towels to shower! We Ate our dinner and went straight to bed. Following morning left at 8 am as planned. A few days later upon checking my account they claimed we made damages of 150.00 and we had a party. According to hotels.com I don’t know where they got party from because we literally ate and went to bed. Please don’t bother trying to save yourself a few bucks and going here I tried contacting the people at the hotel and they won’t answer my calls. They literally are scamming people check the reviews!

Bad Experience

Their motto must be, "We absolutely don't do anything more than we have to." The room we got had: Tub and commode area small, barely able to move around while undressing/dressing. Black mold on baseboard in small bath area. Sink was backwards plumbed with cold from hotside and hot from coldside. Cigarette burns on tub. Cigarette burn holes in top bed coverings. TV remote with no battery cover, had to press remote on table to get it to work. Very marginal cleanliness. Drip stains on mirror border, I cleaned off with one of the wash cloths. Drywall was put up with nailsheads/screwheads visible. Walls had peeling paint, under covering on window header was peeling from surface. The only upside was location to the event we were attending.

Don't believe the good reviews. WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN IN.

The room are very old and extremely basic. The hotel staff leaves a lot to be desired. Stay 3 nights for grandsons naval bootcamp graduation. Upon arrival room appeared to be ok. It went down hill from there. The carpet was very dirty, had sticky spots. So bad we chose to make sure we wore socks or shoes when walking on it. Two straight days our room was not serviced. On second day after being out with our Naval grad and family...this is how we returned to our room. Bed not made..no clean towels, trash cans had not been empty. And all the front desk could say is I'll get someone to come take care of it. NOT AT 630 PM. Our daughter and family experienced the same concerns. As well as their room was a Non Smoking room and it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. And they had signs posted $150 charge if room smoked in. Enclosing pics. Please do not stay at this hotel.

Great if you want somebody else's undies

Stayed overnight with my dad and sister. Bathroom was a bit grody when we peeked in, no toiletries and few towels, whatever. We just wanted to sleep. But then when in the bathroom with the door closed, we found someone's blue Puma boxer briefs. We gave housekeeping the benefit of the doubt, maybe they missed it when looking in on the bathroom because the door completely hid it. Then in the morning, our dad found a matching Puma sock in his sheets. We obviously slept in someone else's bedding. When a place can't be bothered enough to do the bare minimum, they should just give up and shut down instead of expecting people to pay them to not do their fricken job. Considering other recent reviewers have noted the disgusting conditions, one has to wonder if their renovations are actually being done to code. This place seems to not care one lick about actually running a proper motel, so who knows what other corners they may be cutting.

Sheets were dirty and neighbors were noisey

We stayed there for the Navy graduation. When I arrived to the hotel to check-in, I was greeted with friendly staff so I thought It wasn't so bad despite of the bad reviews. I was wrong.. The room had a terrible smell in it like they tried to spray air fresheners to cover up the smoking smell from the previous guests. The sheets were dirty and stained with who knows what(probably sexual fluids). House keeping do not change the sheets for you. We stayed there for 2 nights but we were kept up at 2-3 AM in the morning because guests next door were loud and the walls were thin. I didn't see any roaches or bed bugs in the room during our stay. Would've stayed at the Days Inn or Sleeps Inn if they weren't fully booked. These were the only hotels that were close to the naval base. I wouldn't stay here again.
