We were recently at the Holiday Inn Express. No wifi. Called the front desk and this young gentleman said he would look into it, never heard back from anyone. The room was very warm and we couldn't adjust the temperature. Mgt ran that. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but room had strong odor when you walked in . Tried to open window but you could only open it MAYBE 2 inches. The worst Holiday Inn I ever stayed in. Will not be back. Sorry

There Cleanliness pledge isn't worth the the paper it's printed on - and no they won't make it right. I seriously doubt my room was cleaned between the guest before me and me. After checking in I went to the room and turned down the bed to find hair on the bed. I went downstairs immediately and was informed they were completely booked and had no where else for me. I was then given two sets of clean sheets so I could change the sheets myself and was told the manager would be informed in the morning. Went back up to the room and found the other bed had more hair, plus a bloodstain on the sheets. In the morning the front desk manager had no idea what I was talking about bit gave me a sob story about being short staffed and lots of new staff. That's not the consumer's issue. I was told I would get a call about making it right. The hotel never called me. So much for their pledge to make it right. Worst experience dealing with a hotel of my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This was our first stop after a very long drive. The staff at the front desk were so nice and welcoming. They gave us rooms as close together as they could which was great. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and it was very relaxing. The breakfast the next morning was fresh and good with a lot of choices. The rooms were clean and I would recommend this hotel.
Terrible. Room smelled of smoke and mold, black stuff on walls and ceiling

Arrived after an 8 hour drive from New York. Room provided smelled like smoke with what was supposed to be a non smoking. Front desk was very accommodating and provided another room which smelled like mold, then a 3rd room which had black spots on wall and ceiling which appeared to possibly be mold. The best part of the hotel is the front desk staff who tried to accommodate us. The hotel is very old and in desperate need of a renovation. The front desk was kind enough to cancel the reservation as booked directly through Holiday Inn and are a rewards member. We booked another room nearby. You book a Holiday Inn because you expect a certain standard and this standard was far from met. They talked about issues with cleaning staff and being short staffed, however this is not the consumer's issue.
