This has been our go to hotel for many many years. Well this was sadly the last visit. This hotel needs a major reno and cleaning. Our room was gross, blood stains on carpet, carpet falling off, gum and gross brown substance on ceiling, and dirty blankets. Everything worn out. Pool falling apart, hot tub didn’t work. Kids turned off water to slide and running up and down it, when we told the staff they shrugged and said “yeah that happens”. Called down to office several times and NO one ever answered. Room not cleaned or fresh towels brought up. When no one answered the phone we went down to get more towels, staff seemed annoyed we were there. Just awful. Never again by Ramkota we had some good times!

The Ramkotas staff is amazing from the front desk to the waitresses in the bar. We were so pleased with how helpful and friendly they all were. We would like to specifically thank Lexy and Micheala from the front desk and our waitress Ladonna. We will definitely be back next year!!! Thank you all!

The beds are so hard. The heat is terrible. Blankets are super thin. Doors have a gap under them & you can hear out in the hallway & your neighbors. The cleanliness is terrible. The coffee in the room & in the lobby is like drinking light tea. This room is worth about $20.

This stay related to a conference, and all things are excellent. The checkin went quicky and all staff seem friendly. The room was quiet and in excellent working order. The bed was comfortable. A very nice stay.

Terrible, Dirty room, mold in the bathroom, excessive noise from other rooms (big wedding party) making noise, hotel administration wouldn’t tell them to quit down at all. Stains on carpet in the rooms, and dirt and old food all over floor. Water park / pool area was disgusting also. We do not recommend this place at all.
