Not up to Marriott standards

We've stayed at hundreds of Marriott hotels, and Residence Inns are usually my favorite. This one was a disappointing exception. Long wait at check-in, no soap and shampoo in room (guy at front desk was unable to find shampoo), kitchen pans were not clean, and the kitchen trash still had takeout containers from yesterday's guests. Gross!
Best Hotel in Bismarck

Without a doubt, the best hotel in Bismarck! The best GM and the most friendly staff! They work together as a team to make sure everyone is taken care of! All rooms have full kitchens and dishes! Everything is always clean and they have a good breakfast too! What a great place to call home!
Great Hotel. Great Staff

Great stay at Residence Inn in Bismarck. You can tell that the owner of this property takes good care of it, and keeps up with maintenance. The room was very clean, and well decorated. It had nicest shower curtain I’ve ever seen in hotel. The staff at front desk was very friendly. They have basketball court outside. The breakfast had a nice selection. Great hotel!

We were upgraded to a luxurious suite on the first floor. Really nice and spacious. It is easy access from interstate 94, with an abundance of chain restaurants close by. We drove the couple miles into downtown and avoided the boring strip mall offerings. Decent breakfast, free parking, quiet, what’s not to like.
Very good choice

Nice hotel. Convenient location, even okay for some morning walking (lilacs in these and nearby grounds, nearby golf course, interesting heavy equipment dealer nearby). Got upgraded from regular suite to fireplace suite. Favorite hotel of travel sports teams it seemed. Breakfast was grab-n-go at the time but you could eat at a table there. TV not rich with channels but got local news which is what I wanted to see. Kitchen area good although fridge door was sometimes hard to open.
