It's not required that you put a flower in your hair when traveling in San Francisco, but it's certainly welcome in this Redwood City hotel. Big city living can be fabulous, but why not enjoy the best of both worlds? This Redwood City hotel is just five minutes from the 101, 20 minutes from the San Francisco International Airport, and just a half hour to downtown San Francisco. Get your business taken care of at Stanford University and then paint the town red until the wee hours. It doesn't matter if you're in town for Stanford Hospital and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, the Oracle Corpor...More details

was in town for a wedding with family, rooms were not clean (turned my white socks black) bathroom were not clean and the room had a musty order. This was not a best western plus suites experience. no one answering phones at front desk or housekeeping to find out 1 person trying to do 3 jobs. was not happy at all.
not enough available rooms

There rooms were not all cleaned because the cleaning lady called in sick therefore we were stuck with a second floor room with no elevator. My wife has limited mobility and this made it hard for her to walk up the stairs.
Clean and recently updated

This was a great motel for the price in this area. The walls were thin as is typical of this type of motel, but it was clean and attractively appointed. The bed was comfortable, and it’s in a great part of town. Would definitely recommend
Don't stay here if you require high-speed internet

PROS: Comfortable bed and pillows. CONS: Unreliable internet. Signal went in and out and even when it was on, the signal was weak and intermittent. The designation "Executive Suites" was misleading considering how poor the wi-fi signal was.

I signed up for Best Western Rewards members $20 Best Western Gift Card for each night after you stay. I stayed here a couple days in August 2021 and I received the gift card, when I went to use it the young lady at the counter asked me to email her the gift card I received in my email. I did and when I called after my stay the person on the phone (I believe it was the manager) told me that I had to print it and hand it to the clerk when I checked in. I explained to him she asked me to email her the gift card he told me I was wrong and that was not acceptable. I explained I did not own a printer and the young lady that checked me in assured me I could email it to her. He argued with me to no end and told me that even though I was a customer I was wrong in this case. I called the main customer service and explained the situation and they said they would be sure that I would get credited for the gift card and it seemed that the gift card was used for the stay. It was never credited to my stay and after almost 2 weeks and 2 follow-up's I have heard nothing back. Quite ridiculous.
