Exceptional stay
After doing my research, I found this property to stay at for our first family weekend away. I liked that the accommodation had a (very generously sized) communal living area, that with a living room, dining table and kitchen was a home from home. It meant we could put our baby to bed at night and then relax there afterwards with a log fire. Everywhere was exceptionally clean, ideally situated in a central location and friendly service. I would highly recommend to stay here as a family. There is an eco pool on site, small play area and bike hire. Breakfast is highly recommended. Wonderful stay.
Simply Superb
Wonderful and very special retreat on the lovely island of Texel. Beautiful property, friendly and very helpful hosts, spacious and welcoming. Peaceful location but close to all sights. Highly recommend to all.
Fantastische ervaring... super duurzaam wellness hotel
Alles was perfect. De ontvangst, de houtkachel aan, de adviezen voor goede restaurants die bezorgen, de kamer zelf (super lekkere bedden) en de heerlijk weldadige recycle douche! Het was gezellig en warm. In de ochtend werden we verwend met een weldadig ontbijt met de allerheerlijkste warme broodjes, croissants, vers geperste jus, yoghurt, koffie, vers fruit etc etc. We hebben de rest van de dag niet meer hoeven eten. Prachtige omgeving, super hosts en een geweldig fijn gevoel om in een hotel te verblijven waar duurzaamheid zo hoog in het vaandel staat. Wij hebben ultiem genoten en komen zeker terug, als het mooier weer is, om te zwemmen in de biologische zwemvijver en lekker fietsen te huren.
In perfetta sintonia con l'isola
Bellissima struttura immersa nella natura gestita da un'ottima padrona di casa. Le camere sono semplici e di dimensioni ridotte (avevamo una camera standard), ma funzionali, ben pulite e con una vista a perdita d'occhio sulla campagna circostante. L'ottima colazione (principalmente salata) viene preparata al momento e servita in una sala/cucina comune arredata con gusto e sempre a disposizione degli ospiti. Possibilità di noleggiare le biciclette, principale mezzo di trasporto a Texel. Necessaria invece la macchina per raggiungere la struttura dal traghetto. Superconsigliato!

Geweldige locatie. Prachtig gelegen, beschut tussen hoge bomen. Schitterende grote ecologische zwemvijver, wat speeltoestellen en trampoline voor de kids, konijnen die vrij rondhuppelen. Enorm vriendelijke eigenaren en met plezier vertellen over hoe deze accommodatie (als eerste in Europa) volledig zelfvoorzienend is qua energie! De accommodatie zelf is van zeer hoge kwaliteit, over is gebruik gemaakt van mooie materialen en nergens is op bezuinigd. Luxe badkamers, ruime woonkamer en keuken, heerlijke bedden. Kortom de maximale score, dik verdiend!
