AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! These people ripped me off. Rented my room to somebody else and refused to refund me. I was running late and DID call, but phone rang 40 times and they did not answer. Guy at front desk was a shady loser kid, con artist wannabe. I have no doubt he pocketed my money. I am getting police involved, and will update soon.

This was the grossest hotel I have EVER been into. Cigarette burns on EVERYTHING. On the tub,sink,dressers,bed,linen,rug etc. Side table wasnt wiped down. There were bugs on the walls(mind u its middle of Winter-some type of beetle) no new toilet paper. It was absolutely disgusting. TV Cable was barely hanging on to TV. I was afraid to sleep in that bed for fear of bedbug bites. The mattress was probably from 1966. Terrible. Terrible. Total crackhead hotel. 2 lights were out. Corners not cleaned in years. I wouldn't even pay $20 to stay there.

This is the dirtiest, most unprofessional, most untrustworthy, and worst customer service facility that I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Beware of bait and switch! The online price for this room was $90. We were quoted $100 tax included, on the phone. When we got there, they had lost our reservation, and said “the online price was wrong, and that the person we spoke to on the phone was wrong”, and they charged us $123. (In a later complaint to the owner, he reiterated that the online price was wrong, and only gave us a $10 discount. Still a far cry from the listed online price.) They tried to run the credit card through twice. Luckily we were watching and told them the transaction had already been approved and was pending at our bank. The room was filthy, and felt like a cheap, sketchy motel: 1. A used washcloth was found under the baseboard heating unit in bathroom 2. There was a ring around inside of toilet 3. Something dripping down outside of toilet 4. The bathroom mirror and faucet were dirty and had not been cleaned. 5. Bathroom floor was dirty. 6. Rug had not been vacuumed and was stained. 7. No coffee pot in room 8. Very little toilet paper in the room. Ran out of toilet paper at 5 am 9. 2 tissues left in box 10. Smelled unclean 12. Housekeeping knocked on our door 30 mins before checkout, when they knew we were still in the room. Very disappointed in the overall condition of the room, and the professionalism and customer service of the staff. It was the worst experience ever in a Choice hotel. The owner wanted to give us a $10 credit to be used on a future visit, but we will never go back to this location.

I have to stay at this property when I travel here. I've had some good experiences,some not.This is the latter.I literally had only the clothes on my back as I arrived for a funeral. Laundry is on 2nd floor-no elevator.I am disabled (walker)and not able to climb stairs. I DESPERATELY needed laundry done and had the money for it. Staff member agreed to do it.RUDE front desk person said he was not allowed.i had to go to a funeral in dirty clothes.

The hotel was located in the middle of everything I had planned for my vacation. The gentleman who checked me in was super friendly and helpful. Check in went quickly. Room 239 was fine, typical motel. Air conditioner was amazing, bed was comfy, plenty of pillows. No smell (and this was a smoking room). Good hot water. Cold fridge.
