Although the quality of Econo Lodge motels is variable, this one was quite good. There was no breakfast, but the room was clean, and there was a mini fridge and microwave. Check in was very smooth, even though we arrived late. The staff seemed unusually jovial and friendly. Also convenient was that all rooms were on the first floor and that we could therefore park close to our room.

Travelling by this area to get to a friend's place in Michigan. Didn't read any of the reviews beforehand and glad I didn't because looking back, my stay was actually really nice and I didn't have any problems unlike some of these reviews here. Had a comfortable sleep with no complaints and my room was very clean. COVID regulations are taken seriously which I liked because that makes me nervous to stay at places right now - they had sanitiser at the front, wore masks, and even gave me some extra wipes. The staff was really nice and had good food next door as well which was convenient. I would recommend this nice little place to travellers and would likely stay again on my drive back.

The property is pretty old and reminds one of a 1950’s motor inn. No breakfast or pool, but, hey, COVID is changing expectations so cut them some slack. Room was spacious and lots of soft pillows and a just-right mattress. The room had a safe which certainly was not expected. Friendly owner. The only downside was noisy neighbors but with the air conditioner turned on they could be drowned out.

Only put 1 outta 5 because ZERO was not an option.So I booked this hotel on Hotels.com, the pics online were nice they claimed to have a open pool and breakfast included. Well when my family get to the hotel the police are there. We try to cancel the stay they say we can't. We check in and the place is FILTHY!!! We called the front desk and the lady there handed me a bottle of bleach spray and said and I quote,"It's hard to find good help.". We had to book a different hotel last minute and now hotels.com and the Econo Lodge Norwalk say according to there policy. I have never had worse customer service or experience in my life. BEWARE OF THE FILTH!!!!

Don't get your hopes to hi , for a budget stay its ok.. Ceryainky has seen better days.. Some covid precautions were evident with some [ horrible smelling homemade ? ] sanitizer in the lobby. Food right next door.
