Un placer
Como siempre es un placer en alojarme en Marriott o spg. Recorrí mucho la ruta y siempre en estos hoteles nunca un problema. Súper recomendable. Muy limpio y todos muy amables espero volver pronto!!! N
Very disappointed for a Marriott property
We stayed here as a quick layover and I will preface this by saying it was going into Easter week. The staff was very shorthanded as it is everywhere right now, but one person at the desk with four people in line is ridiculous. We got to our room after being given the wrong parking area to park our car, and there was trash all around the entrance and the trashcan was completely overflowing. Right next to the elevator was a blanket and a water bottle laying on the floor which was still there the next day. The hallways smelled of weed so someone clearly was smoking it it their room. But the worst thing was the bug that crawled up our wall as we were falling asleep, after killing it I just tried to tell myself it wasn’t a cockroach and fell quickly asleep just so we could get out of there early. I am very disappointed in this hotel for being a Marriott property which we pretty much stay at exclusively.
Find somewhere else
The pics online look nice but are VERY deceiving. We would’ve checked out had we not just driven so far and been exhausted. They clearly spent money upgrading the lobby to make you feel good about your hotel choice, but don’t fall for it. The room smelled like cat pee and my husband had to clean old food off the floor. The TV was broken so we couldn’t watch it. The top cover of the bed smelled like body odor. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Nasty.
Old outdated
I would absolutely not recommend staying here. When you pull in it literally looks like it’s falling down. It smells the walls are paper thin and it was dirty. I honestly felt like we were staying in a motel.
Way Overpriced!!
The room was very old, smelled bad, had stained walls & the A/C unit was inconsistently working. Nothing to offer for breakfast except a to go bag that they stop handing out at 8:30am. However, the staff was friendly and warm, but overall this hotel is way overpriced. I will not be staying at a Marriott again.
