I was contacted by a general manager named Mike Patel via email and was told he "cannot honor" my reservation due to "big issue at motel". When I called he said it was a major plumbing issue. I understand things can happen but the way this was handled was very unprofessional. He made ME cancel the booking. I guess it doesn't look as bad on him if I cancel instead of HIM cancelling for me which make me feel like there aren't really plumbing problems. Now I'm 5 days away from my trip and needing the room that I booked a month ago and can find anything under $100.

Professional Service and a Clean Comfortable Room

When I first checked-in, Rhonda Stevens was very professional when helping me establish my room and made my stay as smooth as possible. I was tired from an out of town trip, I had a very comfortable, clean room and a good nights rest. I returned Monday September 14th 2020 to check-in again at 1 a.m. in the morning due to another trip, no one was in the office to check me in. When I walked up to the door to try check-in, there was extremely loud music, yelling and a lot of people partying upstairs from the view of the parking lot. So I left and all the other nearby hotels were full, I was exhausted and I finally pulled over and fell asleep in my car. Someone needs to report this to the Days Inn ASAP!!!!!!

Rhonda will make another fake amazing review after reading mine. I walk in around 6 to check in to be told no rooms available by a nice younger gentleman while his GM RHONDA CHOKED HIM WITH A PHONE CORD FOR EXPLAINING POLIETLY THEIR WAS NO ROOMS ON THE PHONE. I asked who the GM was they all pointed to her. I wait until almost 10 to finally be put in their handicap room with no a/c. Hand print on the towels, hair in the tub. I never gave a copy of my ID or even Debit card cause their printer wasn’t working. Cut my trip short and left before the main office was even open in the morning.

Wonderful quality services at this establishment. The new manager Rhonda Stevens was very professional and efficient at helping this hotel run smoothly and even having her son,Justin Carroll, help me with my luggage. He also asked me if there were anything else he could to help make my stay more comfortable. This place has had a huge improvement since my last visit and my room was clean and well maintained. Thank you Rhonda and Justin for making my stay as enjoyable as possible :).

I arrived late, after a long day of driving, expecting a clean room, a quiet place, and a comfortable bed. I got none of them. The place was filthy and looked like a criminal hangout. A lot of scary people were out in the parking lot, the stairways, and the walkways. I did not feel safe. Even the door lock On the room was broken. I even spent part of the night in my vehicle so I could leave in a hurry if I had to. The sheets were dirty and the room looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The short time I did lie down in the room, I did it in my clothes and on top of the bed. I would never go there again. I did not talk to the management because I did not trust it. It appeared to condone what was going on. Stay away from this one!
