The 2nd original TrendWest Worldmark (now by Wyndham) is unassuming at first. However, the condo style One and Two bedroom units are super clean, maintained to WM standards and the location is excellent. This the only “multi-unit” resort style location on this in demand location. The customer service was impeccable, thoughtful, and communicative during a stormy winter visit that included power outages. The multi unit takeover of a classic hotel is not the full resort like their Seaside or Long Beach properties. The local population, through HOA regulations keeps them from expanding. But in typical Worldmark fashion, the property and attention makes this property a great stay one block off the ocean with a view.

This resort is close to the beach but definitely not "surfside". Its about 10 minute walk. Older units but clean and well kept. Be aware there is significant noise from other units - as the walls and ceiling have minimal insulation and it is an older structure. It woke us up a few times. Consequently we left 3 days early (but still had to pay 7 days of occupancy taxes which did not seem fair) Would we go back..probably not.

The staff is so very caring. They checked with us every leg of our trip. Clean, newly renovated, nice balcony, close to the beach. Just loved it. They don't serve breakfast but there are places nearby.

Found a offer we could not turn down to stay at these condo's. The lobby is bright and inviting and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a problem at check in and it was promptly resolved. The room was a one bedroom two bath with a queen Murphy bed and king bed in the bedroom. Two TV's, full kitchen, couch, sitting chairs and a nice patio with table and chairs. The property was very clean and outside areas well taken care of. There is a nice pool, jacuzzi, child pool and small but nice weight room. There is Surfside golf course,9 hole that share the parking lot. Walking access to the beach is about a third to half mile and driving access is about a mile at the Oysterville road approach. If you drive on the beach use caution due to soft sand at high tide. We had a very nice 4 night stay and will definitely be thinking of going back.

We came up for the week Good location. Clean rooms, good amenities. Staff helpful gave us good discounts to food at reestaraunts. Better water view than it shows from your room. electric car plugins. ATT service is bad had to go out side to check email or call test but that is a ATT issue.Delicious Cranberry Lemonade. room was good ELEVATOR why don't they ever mention when there is a elevator there is. cloe to Seaview an Long Beach.
