This hotel was a one-night stop for us on the way to Austin. We didn’t pay much for our room and it was worth about that or less. The rooms are called “suites,” but that is a stretch. While there is a “kitchenette,” with a full-size refrigerator, microwave and small sink and cooktop, it is tucked into the entry hall so that there really isn’t any more square footage. The room was about 80 degrees when we arrived and the A/C unit is a wall unit that is LOUD. We shut it off when we went to bed, but had to turn it back on during the night because the room was so hot (and it was about 40 degrees outside). The toilet paper and tissues were beyond cheap and could be used as sandpaper in another life. Breakfast was a meager affair and not at all appetizing. I almost wish they would just offer coffee and a box of really good donuts. They had a small popcorn maker filled with popcorn for guests, but do you really want to dip the scoop into something that maybe other guests have had their hands in? Why not put it in bags for guests to grab as they go by? But I suspect that would require effort. Our room was quiet (except for the aforementioned A/C unit) and the bed was comfortable enough. Still, this Towneplace Suites gives me pause for a different Towneplace I have reserved in the fall . . .

We just loved staying here. The room was so clean and comfortable. The laundry facility clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend and will stay here again. We would give them 100 stars!

Im goin to keep this short and simple as possible, I had a pleasant experience from the front desk and I loved the open space of the Lobby being as I flew in I was exhausted I just wanted to sleep in till I had to go to a late meeting ...but no the housekeeper came in and was yelling hello me housekeeper what time you leaving ..you leaving today I jumped up thank God I had some shorts on I tould her dont you knock and dont you see the no disturb sign she said oh me sorry ...and mind you I haven't a clue what she is saying cause her English is broken and by this time she keeps saying you know Spanish you know Spanish very loud at this time im embarrassed for myself and her and her lack of professionalism and rudeness to still be standing there with a loud voice annoying at that staring at me with nothen but my shorts ...If yall plan on staying at this hotel beware of A housekeeper with the name Noemi or a letter N I plan on letting my corperate office know not to ever book me a room there again ever. I hope 🙏 and all I heard on the way out was Spanish I couldn't get any help from anyone cause all i heard till I got to front desk was lalallalalallalalala...I just think that places like this should employee bilingual employees for us that need something and they really need to do something with the pepper Noemi I hope gosh the rudeness of her I never incountered someone like that since high-school....wonder if it was her

walking in they had a great front desk worker Miss. D. She had us checked in very quickly and was very nice. (the kind of front desk worker you wished every hotel had). We had a great nights sleep. So, Why only 1 star? Let me get right to that right now. We were out of our room for the whole day bed was not made nor clean towels when we returned. My wife goes down for there okay breakfast for something fast and with COVID it was better than most we've seen. On her way back to the room (in front of the housekeeping department) She asked if we could get our room cleaned and Clean towels today. Miss Noehmi informed her that "stayovers no not today No clean room and towels for you today" My wife came and told me and I was like what I work I want clean towels everyday and I paid for this so I go find the little housekeeping lady on our floor which only speaks spanish. go down to the next floor and she spoke very broken english. Go to the first floor, and finally found a housekeeper that spoke soon as she saw me and apologized to me for the way Miss Noehmi treated my wife as soon as I said my room number and said she was there but that it should not have happened, We were the customers and what we want is what they do. She informed me that because of covid they do normally only clean stayovers 2 times a week unless the customer asks for it. My wife asked and Noehmi just flat out refused. What is happening in our world these days? 1.I speak English. I live in Oklahoma, USA Never want to visit Odessa Texas again if I have to stay here. 2. I'm a paying customer. 3. Never disrespect my wife or any other woman for that matter. Out of the 5 employees that we were in contact with only 2 of them spoke English.

Title says it all. Once you enter into this hotel you have no way of communication to 90 percent of the employees if you only speak English. I have always lived in Texas and never had a problem until this hotel. A bussiness trip with my husband (going to be great right?) Ummm no, Asked Naehmi for extra towels and toliet paper and she gave me one wash cloth and roll of paper towels. I asked what is this? She walked off screaming in spanish. I finally found a lady in housekeeping that could understand ENGLISH on our last day there. She was very pleasent to talk with until here come Noehmi telling her something in Spanish and I felt so sorry for the girl. I stood inside my room and listened as the girl explained she was trying to help me and Noehmi informed her that was not her job and to get to work or leave. I truly felt sorry for the lady as I ended up getting her in trouble. This woman should not beable to speak to customers nor employees this way. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL employees Not a good place to stay at all.
