This charming complex is located on the Caldera in the village of Oia, at the northern part of the island of Santorini. Oia is famous for its beautiful sunsets, which can be best enjoyed from the cliffs that surround its bay and which are a favourite place of all the locals for a pleasant evening stroll. It is also just 12 km from the capital city of the island Fira, where one can find everything from bustling nightlife to excellent restaurants and shops. The boutique complex itself is built in traditional Cycladic style with high arches and large windows, and sits right on the cliffs, offerin...More details

The caldera view alone was worth the price, but the service made the stay top notch. We arrived with minimal plans due to covid uncertainty, but Dimitris helped us book everything - dinners, sunset cruise, rental car, and etc. Katerina took care of us on the way out and was just as friendly. We appreciated the care and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
Cleaning and healthiness problem, and rude hotel staff that does nothing about

We stayed at Armeni for 2 nights at a 466€ per night rate CLEANING PrOBLEM - When checking in, the room is dirty, with hair of the previous client everywhere, including toilet, floor, nightstand, terrace, etc. (see pictures attached) - Moreover on the cleaning, the hotel says that cleaning service is only made every 2 days because of Covid (we still do not know what Covid has to do with no cleaning..) RUDE STAFF IN RECEPTION - Dimitris, the front desk reception guy on the morning shift of the 20th August, did nothing about our claim, and told us to leave his office and to call the police if anything was wrong, because he was going to do nothing about it - He was rude and disrespectful OTHER THINGS THAT WENT WRONG In addition to cleaning, several comments: - The air conditioning stops working every 30 min - There is a fire extinguisher in the floor without any safety measure - Everything in the room is old and careless (furniture, bed, plumbing, etc.) - Breakfast: you list what you want and they bring you another thing. Moreover, the breakfast is far away from what it should be, being 30 min later than asked and with orange juice in brick (attached photo), and spoons in wood (attached photo)

Armeni Village Is IT!

With so many locations to stay in Oia, I really did do some thorough hotel searching. Many of the beautiful places I found were more than $2K a night. I knew I wanted to stay in Oia and be looking over the calderas. I discovered Armeni Village and contacted them. Yall, it was perfect! The staff was hands-down the BEST I've ever experienced. They carried all our luggage – which isn't easy considering you are walking up and down the mountain side. They delivered the tastiest breakfast each morning to get us going. And clean! It was super clean! (I'm kind of super picky about lodgings being clean!) They met us at the bus stop to bring us to the hotel and they took us to the bus stop to say goodbye. I felt like we were family. The best part?!?! It was 75% less per night than the other locations.
Most amazing place to stay in Oia!

This place was PERFECT for our family of four (two teenagers 17 & 18). They were able to head out solo for their own time and we wined and dined for three days. Super safe part of island and hotel was incredible. Best views, super clean, very attentive staff and great AC!! (Was very hot)
