Room was clean, staff did a good job, location is easy to get in and out, beds were just right, we got two queens and room was bigger then some others we have stayed at in the Holiday inns across America. Would stay again.
Poor Customer Service

I had booked a trip, but sadly my plans changed, and my room needed to be cancelled. I received an email notification that my room was totally cancelled on the 09/08/2021 and no fees were going to be assessed. On 09/22/2021, the day I was supposed to check in I was charged the full amount. I have now called three times, and nothing is being done to correct this error on their end. Getting someone to call me back on this matter has been a total nightmare. I am now disputing the charge with my card provider. I have the email confirmation as proof of the transaction cancellation.
Nice people, poor conditions

Just a quick overnight stay while traveling. Gentleman who checked us in was very nice and efficient. Our room appeared to be clean at first glance. Bed sheet was torn, sink overflow had black mold, only one bath towel…. We made it work. Bed was comfy, shower head/pressure not so hot. Don’t plan on breakfast!!! No lids for beverages. No milk for cereal. Biscuits and gravy or pancakes…..not our cup of tea. No eggs, yogurt or fruit. They had signs up, “low food supply “. There’s a Walmart in the same parking lot, for goodness sakes!!!! Glass doors to the entrance had been cleaned with a dirty rag…. Not a fan! Especially for $120! La Quinta does a better job.
Not a safe place to park your vehicle overnight

My locked and covered truck bed got broken into sometime between 1am to 7am. The thief(or thieves) primarily targeted any firearms left in truck bed (truck w/ military license plates). Luckily, there was none in my truck. The truck vinyl cover was cut open and my Army green camouflaged duffel bag got stolen. I reported the crime to the associate on duty and asked any local PD contact number. She recommended calling 911 and literally nothing else. Obviously, the hotel management is aware this is an unsafe area because the hotel has a nightly locked front door (locked after 10pm). My spouse asked where is the room located during checking in with an answer of "I don't know". The associate didn't even want to take out the hotel blueprint to find an answer.
This place sucks pigs toes!

Where do I begin? The account was not working on the first floor. You will sweat a bucket of sweat while you check in. There was no breakfast because the hotel's walk-in coolers were broken. Our first room's door would not lock. So we had to go back and get a different room. The pool and hot tub was out of order. The ceiling tiles were falling in and they were covered with tarps and duck tape. The first morning we showered and realized we didn't have a blow dryer. Tried calling the front desk and no answer for 30 mins. I walked down to front desk to get a dryer and the hotel rep said they were on the 4th floor but she couldn't leave the front desk to get it. No one else could help me. I had to go to my first room with the unlocked door and confiscate the book dryer from that room. This place is a COMPLETE DISASTER! DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP!
