Worst hotel we ever stayed in! We didn't even stay, we walked in the room and checked it out and left soon after.Everything was dirty. The fridge had hair, yellow stains on the towels, blood stains on the pillow case, the sink was dirty old soap was stuck in the drain, the lock of the door was behind the TV, the carpet was dirty and it smelled.

Main complaint is breakfast and coffee. And so that’s not a bad thing. The room was clean and staff was friendly. The bathroom light didn’t always turn on but it had the heat lamp so we improvised. Felt safe. Smoked in middle of night no issues.

Room was dirty, shower head barely worked, breakfast area very dirty and no food available when we went down. Our shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed and water ended up all over the bathroom. There wasn’t an ice bucket in the room and the TV didn’t work.
I would recommend sprucing up the place

The front desk was very professional and most of the staff wore masks. Even though most citizens have been vaccinated, as a guest I would feels much safer if the staff wore a mask. One young man wore his mask all the time and I felt very safe when I interacted with him. The guest room, wow. They are very dated and you can tell from the musty, mildew smell when you walk into the room. It also has a mixture of dust in the air due to the dust air unit. It triggered my allergies and it turned into a cold. The floor is damp from the moisture in the air and the curtains needs to be steamed cleaned. There were gnats coming in from around the window and the bathroom sink. Eeeww. The back door is supposed to be secured and locked, accessible by guess key only and it accessible by anyone. Not safe at all. The bathroom, guest laundry room and front entry was was very clean and presentable.

We thought being a Wyndham property that it would at least be acceptable quality. We were wrong. When we arrived there were large sections of drywall missing in the lobby and it was dark and dreary. They told us they were under construction but we were there on a weekday during business hours and there were no construction people on site... it was just run-down.
We reserved two rooms: One for us and one for my daughter's family. Upon check in I was charged for the full stay in advance. I told the manager that seemed unusual. Usually you pay when you check out. He said it was their policy and if I didn't believe it I should read their sign. (It was a homemade sign duct-taped to the plexiglass). The sign said that you will NOT BE REFUNDED any money if you check out early or don't stay the full term of your reservation. They apparently know people will leave after they see the room.
Two other couples actually left the building and went to another hotel after seeing their room. The first man said, "this place is a sh*t hole". The other man said, "I'm going to have to apologize to my wife for bringing her here."
We told the clerk that my daughter would be arriving in 30 minutes and she would pay for her room. He said OK, but I checked my phone anyway and saw that he charged me for her room anyway. My wife told him he needs to pay attention to customers when they make billing requests. He replied to her, "NO, YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO ME!" I should have left right then, but my family was coming and I didn't want to change plans.
Another homemade sign posted said that they do not offer any cleaning services. That's right - no getting your bed made, room straightened up or refill of shampoo, soap, or towels. They said if we need any of that we should come to the front counter to get it.
Every light fixture in the building had at least one burnt out light and/or broken covering.
There were no instructions how to connect to the internet. I eventually got unremarkable speeds of 5-20 mbps. We brought a PlayStation but couldn't use it due to the poor internet quality.
The bath tubs in both our rooms looked like they had been rinsed, but never washed. My daughter had to clean the tub with clorox wipes to get the grime off them before she could give her kids a bath.
The bathroom had the bare minimum essentials. There wasn't even a plastic cup to get a drink of water with. The room had no ice bucket or bags. Wyndham should be embarrassed.
Never going back.
