We enjoyed an evening stay here and will come back due to its comfortable rooms and great location. Can’t beat the price or service here. Nice size rooms and clean. Beds are very comfortable and bathroom is spacious as well. It’s so convenient for its location to great bars and restaurants

Not Your Regular Bistro Quesadilla
Opinión escrita el 5 de enero de 2023
A couple of things that stood out, speaking as a Titanium Elite who stays in Courtyard Marriotts because we like the breakfast quesadilla. First of all, it wasn't the regular quesadilla. It was scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, and some cheese on an overcooked tortilla. There was no sour cream or guacamole. On top of that, this is the rare property that sticks to the letter of the $10 per person credit. Most Courtyards give you the breakfast as they're not much more than $10 in the first place. I then get my bill through email and there's this $3.55 developmental fee, which was not in the breakdown of taxes in the rate details when I . Today I called the property and the guy who answered the phone said it's a tax and if I had a problem with it I should call the City of Omaha. He became political and was rather animated in his voice, certainly not what I was expecting, saying that politicians disguise taxes by calling them fees. The room was fine, just don't appreciate the other stuff. BTW, when I stayed across the street at the Aloft in July I didn't pay a $3.55 development fee.

Dirty AC unit
Opinión escrita el 27 de agosto de 2022
The location in relation to getting to where I needed to be was good. However, being a visitor I didn't know anything about the specific location and an outdoor concert across the street kept me up, I suppose that's not the hotel's fault. However I discovered in the morning that the AC unit in my room was disgustingly dirty, probably won't return on my way back through.

I put two friends up here and their stays were absolutely perfect
Opinión escrita el 3 de junio de 2022
I recently had two close friends visit and I chose to put them here at the Aksarben Courtyard. The choice was good and I live nearby. They have great cable tv and super easy in/out of the hotel with free parking. Highly recommended!

Adequate stay at Courtyard
Opinión escrita el 17 de octubre de 2021
Came here for one night while in town. Titanium be fits was a $10 voucher for food. Room adequate. No upgrade given. Fitness center had no working tv or wipes. Breakfast was more grab and go food. This is more Typical for a Courtyard. Starbucks is only 2 minutes away so no worries.
