Every trash can in site is overflowing with glass beer bottles and food containers. the first room they tried to get us to stay in had blood on the floor and maybe even the walls. The staircases in the stairwells that go to the rooms on the top floors are falling apart so someone is going to get injured going up the stairs or coming down. we thought there was an oven in the room, but the kitchen does not include an oven. it includes a tiny stove with 2 burners. a fridge with a freezer, and a dishwasher, and there is also a microwave and a tiny coffee maker. the only good part about the place is there is a decent free breakfast. there is a pool but we did not feel safe enough to walk from our room to the pool so we did not use it. We also left something in the room by accident and I have tried to call several times to get them to charge my card and have it sent back to me. I was told on September 3, 2019 that it was mailed back to me and I never received it. I'm now longer able to reach the hotel by phone so now I'm not expecting to receive the pillow we left there back, even though my husband needs it for his back. they have been very rude to me on the phone when I have called there trying to reach the manager to get it mailed back to me. We wanted to stay here to make food in the room to save on going out, but take it from me, find a different hotel.

First off, this place could use a major update. It seems to be stuck somewhere in between 1998-2005. The rooms layouts are good and the room in it is sufficient. It was perfect for me and my husband. But... The ice maker in the fridge doesn't work and they say its because the "Lines are cut and most all them don't work." The WIFI--is basically non existent; you are better off bringing your own hot spot. The trash cans outside the buildings are always full and/or overflowing. So trash blowing around is a regular. The staff are helpful but the owner can be a butt. It seems they are pinching pennies everywhere and it shows. The continental breakfast is slim to none and they basically forbid you to fill up a cup other than the small cups used for breakfast for a drink. They usually do not have enough to go around for everyone so you have to get up right when they serve or you don't get anything. The pool-- well its a daily excuse of when it is going to be fixed. So there is nothing for kids to do. The security of the place is absent, the main doors are always unlocked and nothing is care access except the room doors. The wallpaper in the hallways is peeling off in places and looks ragged. The furniture in the rooms are cheap and uncomfortable, but the king bed I had wasn't bad at all so that was a plus. Overall, I managed during my stay and it would've been a hassle to change so I stayed the entire time of my job assignment. But, I have learned my lesson and I wont stay again.

Great place and price considering all that Omaha had going on over the weekend. We only needed a place to sleep. Set back from the main road and very quiet. Access to and from without problems. Staff very friendly. Ample parking as we returned from our activity very late and parked right by our room.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

We did not like *The full garbage receptacle in front of our parking space and entrance. Glass beer bottles, cigarette butts and garbage. That garbage was still there when we checked-out. We did not like *The lack of light in the rear parking lot. We did not like *The fact that at 11:15pm Saturday - the "security" doors are propped open. We did not like *The fact that on level 1 Saturday night-there was a gentleman walking down the hallway playing a mandolin. We did not like *The fact that a gentlemen approached us at the elevator and asked if we were from room 311. We did not like * The fact that the chairs at the table were badly stained. We did not like * That the couch in room 303 is in such awful condition. Stains, just plain dirty, ripped (stuffing literally coming out of several places) cushions. Cushions that didn't match or fit the sofa. Even Goodwill would not take this couch because of it's condition. We did not like the fact that....a king size bed would have 3 small pillows. When we were asked to give our feedback through Choice Hotels-this is the response we gave. We received a form-email. Nothing was addressed. Our whole experience with this chain was absolutely awful.
Extended stay urban.

The place is very comfy, with a kitchen, living room, and nice bedroom. It's like your own little house, with a community of it's own. Very convenient and close to gas stations, food, the bus lines, and hospital. Highly recommended.
