Hampton Inn & Suites Bolton
Very good hotel staff are very friendly and the place is super clean. Rooms are nice but the pillows not so much. The breakfast foods are mediocre and need improvement. The parking lot is limited because there is construction going on otherwise great location with lots of shopping and restaurants around (within walking distance)
Nothing terribly wrong, but nothing terribly right either
I am motivated to try and find a better hotel the next time I travel to see this customer. Bedside charging station broken, sub-standard wifi, modern furnishings but a slightly grubby feel even though everything was sparkling clean. Can't explain, just do not want to go back really.
Great Staff
We stayed here overnight as we attended a wedding nearby. The room was very clean with plenty of towels, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional and personable, and there were no problems at all.

Great hotel, lots of plazas around the hotel to keep yourself occupied and entertained. Great staff, great room, clean and fast service! Pool and hot tub available most of the day, and the breakfast offered lots of options!
Wonderful Experience
Newly renovated and exceptionally clean hotel. Customer service is great. It's near all shopping and eating amenities. Pool and workout room are spacious and the complimentary breakfast has a wide choice of options. More selection that are not so carb-based would enhance the choices. Parking is free and easily accessible and well lit at night. We felt very comfortable here for our one night stay and would recommend it for a wedding or just passing through.
