We stayed in room 112 and it was terrrible. The beds are very uncomfortable and squeaky. The paint is chipping off the walls and it’s really out dated! We will not be staying here again. It is convenient to the beach and is a good area but due to the room and it’s current status we will not be returning. The AC did work good. And they have command strips all over as the way to hang your towels and other things. One of the eyes on the stove doesn’t work. Also it has the option of the couch pull out as a 3rd bed..... DO NOT! The couch is so old the bed part is practically laying on the floor and you sink straight into the couch and feel every bar from the bed.

We stayed in #112, and I was not impressed and we wouldn't stay there again. The beds were more full than queen, in the guest bedroom the dresser drawers were broke, the sheets were rough, and in the bathroom the toilet wasn't seated well, the seat and lid were half broken, the shower leaked onto the floor. Thankfully the air conditioner worked along with the fans. The paint was also peeling from the walls in places. I've stayed in worse places but I've stayed in way better. It needs some serious remodeling. I've between giving it two and three stars.

Great time at this Condo. Well maintained building. Great balcony. Short walk to the beach. Our place was close to the elevator which was great. All the luxuries of home. Close to all great restaurants and stores.

Loved Romar Place! It was literally right on the beach and our condo also had a huge balcony with incredible views. The room was updated and very clean. We woke up everyday and just went right out to the beach. Perfect vacation!

They only have one elevator and it's at one end. Some of the stairwells are dark. Not a bad place to stay but if two couples are in party, expect subpar bunk beds in the extra bed room. This would be better suited for one couple with kids, not 4 adults considering the beds.
