It's like they picked up the hotel from Brooklyn & dropped it off at Rockland! Beautiful swanky place with downtown, factory, rock n roll vibe to it. Close enough to town to walk & get a bite to eat, but still in a very quiet area.

Easy access to the hotel plenty of parking rooms are clean and there is a return to if you choose not to go out. The hotel is centrally located close to town with local shops and restaurants. However you are close to the highway and there is light road noise if your room is facing the highway.

I stay at a lot of Hyatt branded properties and I have to admit… Hotel Nyack well exceeded my expectations. Staff was amazing, breakfast was great, the roooms were cool. Overall this is an A+ property. Definitely try it.

I happened to stay here for two months and the overall service for the hotel was below moderate at best. Things delivered to your rooms like soap and towels were extremely speedy, but at the restaurant things just fell apart. The service of this restaurant has gone down dramatically, extremely slow service, not paying attention at all to the tables seated, and messing up very simple instructions. The restaurant is a main reason why I will not be attending this hotel again due to the sheer lack of care.

We have stayed many times at the Nyack Hotel in the past and the amazing staff made this by far our most pleasurable stay! The staff were all friendly, cheerful, professional and highly responsive to any and all requests. The restaurant team and reception staff were all delightful and highly responsive to all requests. The room was clean and well maintained and the Hotel staff were well trained and highly efficient, while always remaining cheerful and pleasant.
