The bed was amazing the most comfortable ever

Great room, wonderful service, perfect location. If you’re in Portland it’s perfect. No complaints. The bed and blankets were amazingly comfortable. I loved the add on package of wine and chocolate that was delivered to our room. Just awesome.
Good hotel in a wrong neighborhood.

I got a nice bed room, clean bathroom, fantastic customer service, but loud noises from outside kept waking me up both nights. I couldn't get breakfast in the mornings due shortage of staff. Gave me $10 worth of coins to pick up items from food cart. Each item on the cart is so expensive.
Probably not at their best

We checked in online just in case we were delayed in our travels, we were able to get checked right in and got our keys, went upstairs in the one operating elevator, and were greeted by the fresh smell of weed blasting us in the face and I swear we were stoned by the time we got to our room! We let the front desk know and it persisted for the next two days. Be prepared for all the homeless people sleeping on the streets and sidewalks. Especially across the street from the hotel they get a little nasty at 6am and begin yelling at each other that makes sleeping difficult. So like I said they were probably just having a bad weekend. The beds were comfortable and there were a few highlights the bar was comfortable and drinks were great! Maybe it was the contact high but we enjoyed ourselves down there the room was clean and comfortable and the staff seemed to genuinely care. We probably won’t be back, maybe we can try another city but Portland is not enjoyable in its current state. They were kind enough to comp one of our nights for the smell of weed and the headache I got….
Cute, fun, friendly, clean, pineapples everywhere. We LOVED it!

This was one of the cutest, most boutique hotel experiences we've ever had in the US and the branding was on point. Everything relates to the pineapple theme and the color scheme and décor and softest bedding and robes ever are to die for! Kennedy and staff were great! Will look for Staypineapple everywhere we go.
Great 9 day stay

Located in the heart and across Tom McCall waterfront walkway. This is a cute pineapple themed hotel which welcomes dogs. As a ammenity you can unlimited water bottles in the first floor with coffee.. I just have one negative comment. I chose the room by the waterfront in the 2nd floor. If you like noises then go for it. I didn't realize how much noise it has.. the trains noise, the garbage truck in the morning and some drunk fools busting out loud music late at night. Other then that, it is a comfy hotel. Friendly staffs, and if you're hungry there is a restaurant/bar on the first floor. I stayed here 9ndays do I pretty much almost ate and drank everything on the menu. At the restaurant, you'll the best bartenders; rich and Brian.. and a cool waitress named Holly. They will welcome you with open heart and arms. The hotel is a great walking distance to pioneer square Court, the mall and many restaurants and bars..
